Dear Stephanie I have to admit that my answer to your complaint comes very late. But a potential tenant has asked us recently to comment the feedback you left regarding your stay back in September 2019. Honestly speaking, back in these days we were somewhat sick to further following the issue, as we have had many direct e-mails and phone calls with you. Further, as you can see from all the other customer feedback, never before and never after you stay we had any problems and all our guest were happy and satisfied. Therefore, I guess the place can’t be that bad… For sure, we regret very much that you passed such an unpleasant holiday and we apologize for that. However, for whoever might be interest, please let me publicly repeat a part of the internal correspondence we had with you: 1. Missing Kitchen: "Dear Stephanie, thank you for contacting me and letting me know your concerns. Yes, after no tourists ever used the kitchen downstairs we have decided to remove it in order for the tourists to have more space to put things. I am sorry that this was one of the key points to rent the house. I would of course have let you know had I known it." 2. Air conditioning: "Regarding the air conditioning there is the portable ones in the smaller bedrooms, which have been enough so far. I am sorry for this disturbances which have been caused due to my negligence. I hope your daughter will recover soon and that you will be able to enjoy your stay all the same" 3. Front door: “Dear Stephanie, As Maite has outlined at your arrival the damage at the door has been caused by the tourists that at the house just before you. There is no other possibility, the whole door needs to be replaced, which cannot be done at short notice. The door however still closes.
