Located in the Village des Dunes, calm and residential, 300m from the La Roussellerie beach and the Pierre attelée forest.



This timber-frame house, literally placed on one of the highest dunes, overlooking the entire neighbourhood, from the forest to the sea, will be able to seduce up to 8 people.



After climbing the 32 steps perfectly integrated into the landscape leading to the house, you will enter a comfortable living room, fully open to the terrace. It consists of a living room area with WiFi, board games and wood stove, a dining area overlooking the terrace and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more. An adjoining laundry room is available, with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and storage space.



On the night side, you will find 2 double rooms (2x140) and a room with a dissociable, non-alignable pull-out bed (2x90). Upstairs, another double room (1x160) with sea view. A bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet complete this tourist accommodation.



For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, a parasol, a high chair and a travel cot are provided.



You will enjoy a small watchtower for two people located at the top of the dune and will be able to park up to 2 cars at the foot of the house.



Due to its privileged setting, in order to protect the dune, we inform you that it is strictly forbidden to dig or run in the sandy areas of the property.
