The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 30 m² apartment in Tournan-en-Brie can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 10 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
- A 14 m² living room with double sofa bed, connected TV, workspace and dining area.
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), closet and connected TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 10 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Tournan-en-Brie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Pond 2 minutes' walk from the apartment for strolling, walking or cycling.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle - Orly 45 km (approx. 40 min by car)
RER terminus (Tournan-en-Brie station) from Paris Saint-Lazare and first station on the Train P to Coulommiers (from Gare de l'Est).
