Fully-equipped, air-conditioned 70m2 house (renovated to brand-new condition in summer 2024). 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom, air-conditioned and equipped with a workspace, and a second bedroom with triple bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. 2 WCS. New, fully-equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned living room with 8-person dining table and sofa bed. Terrace with barbecue and 4-person table. Well-positioned, on the Nantes-La Rochelle and La Roche sur Yon-Cholet roads.
