Located in Châtelaillon-Plage in a quiet and residential area, the NOA house is only 5 minutes walk from the large beach and 9 minutes walk from the famous market and shops, It consists of a large bedroom on the first floor (1 double bed 160/200) and a large bedroom upstairs with 3 beds of 90 + 1 extra bed (possibility of making 1 double bed + 2 bed of 90), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 fully equipped kitchen which have been recently renovated. 1 living room with sofa, TV, bbq, plancha, terrace with garden furniture.
It also offers a large garden for your children and/or your pet.
Linen is not provided except for pillows, duvets and mattress protectors.
On site: 1 kit provided including 2 rolls of toilet paper + 2 dishwasher tablets + 1 laundry pods + 1 hand towel + 1 dish towel + 1 bath mat.
1 filter coffee maker and 1 dolce gusto are at your disposal in the kitchen as well as a Brita carafe.
A deposit check for €500 will be given to the concierge on site on your arrival.
