15 jours, couple avec un chien. Mélanie est chaleureuse, à l'écoute et arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ. Maison mitoyenne propre très bien équipée avec beaucoup de rangements dans chambre, cuisine et salle de douche ce qui n'est pas fréquent, grand jardin où l'on peut se garer. Emplacement top: quartier calme avec plage, commerces et restaurants à 10 min à pied. Grandes surfaces à 10-15 min en voiture. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans un rayon d'1h de voiture : iles d'Oléron, Ré, Aix, Madame, villes (Rochefort, La rochelle, Royan), des châteaux (Panloy, Crazannes, Roche-Courbon, ...), Marais Poitevin. Les volets mériteraient une cure de rajeunissement. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Location idéale pour 6 personnes,propre, spacieuse et proche de la plage avec un grand jardin. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants.Nous avons été extemement bien accueillie par Melanie qui est très arrangeante pour les arrivée et départ. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix
