The host was very kind with great communication, and parking was easy. The place was charming and clean with everything we needed. There is a gorgeous view of the river. My kids and I loved when a beaver would wander by.

Great location but it wasnt very clean and the back porch was horrible. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 3 yrs The bathroom floor had soft spots and obviously should be replaced and it was petty outdated Great location and great communication, but very expensive for what we received

We loved the convenience of this property and how close to lower Broadway as well as ease of access to the interstate. The covered parking lot and the views of the river were nice. The bed was super comfortable and the condo was clean. We loved the Nashville wall in the living room and was a great spot to take pics before heading out on the town!The cons: the room had a very strong musky smell that hit you as soon as you entered. It is evident the bathroom has had some water issues due to the soft floor and absurd amount of caulking around the bathtub and bubbled wall paint. The bathtub is very slow to drain so the tub fills up while showering. The bathroom needs some attention to upgrade this properly. The inside of the condo was very clean however the grounds right outside of the balcony was littered with trash and cigarettes.Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but the smell should be addressed.

The best thing was the location as it was a block from our event.Inside things could have been better. The toilet seat was loose, the bed squeaked with every slight movement, the spray nozzle on the bathroom faucet was "unique" i guess. The fridge door could have opened the other way. The back porch was mostly spiderwebs.This was more a motel experience than a VRBO experience. Best thing was the convenient location to our event.

Host was second to none! Great check in instructions and communication throughout the stay.The location is excellent. We walked to and from broadway as well as took Ubers. Close enough to everything but far enough to avoid the party you didn’t ask for.Germantown in itself had several food, coffee, and shopping options within walking distance. The farmers market at the bicentennial park was also close enough to walk (also just a great tourist spot to visit).Parking could not have been better. Literally right outside your door. Back patio was great for an evening night cap or coffee in the morning.If you’re doing laundry, bring coins or be prepared to download the app to pay. It was very easy to do. 1 load was 6 with wash and dry. Bring your own detergent too (this is disclosed by the owner, but worth a mention if you’re planning your stay and reading this review). We didn’t visit the pool as it was after season, but the complex was not overly busy, so I could imagine it would be a great amenity without huge crowds.
