Nice spot

Great location. Floors are a little uneven in thw bathroom and hallway, but nothing crazy. Extra fees make the daily price misleading but all in all was a decent spot.

Space was conveniently located to Broadway and major attractions. Ample parking. Clean. Current construction across the street that's a bit noisy relatively early in the morning and it's also next to a train track.

Nice stay in Nashville.

Neighborhood is in the process of being renovated, but is, at present, pretty seedy. Unit faces the Cumberland River, which is nice. The extra fees are something to watch out for.

Great place; enjoyed pool, river view, Germantown and having pool

Overall great place. We loved the pool, view of river, close to Georgetown. We would recommend, especially because also a nice price. It was also very clean!
