Find yourself at the gateway to the Ariège Pyrenees in this former independent school on a large enclosed plot of land 4km from the village. An ideal place to meet up with your family. Montbrun Bocage, a town renowned for its traditional Sunday market, cultural events, hiking trails and fishing spots. Nearby tourist attractions: Natura Cheval Ariège 9km away, Sequoia Vertigo Accrobranches 15km away, as well as Montesquieu-Volvestre, Cazères water sports centre (water skiing, buoy pull) and Saint-Girons 22km away, Foix 44km away and Toulouse 80km away. On the ground floor: separate kitchen, dining room/living room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 single bed 110cm + baby bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Carport, small games room with library, laundry room with access from the outside including toilet and shower room, washing machine. Electric heating. For rentals greater than or equal to 28 days, cleaning will be charged €90, bed linen rental €20/bed, towels €10/person.
