HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the home trash containers daily to keep a clean home.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

BBQ: must be cleaned after use.

Other things to note

For your security and safety, we have cameras installed in the pool area. There are only two and totally visible. This is for your protection and our in case any accident happens.

This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
Other things to note

POOL/SPA HEATER: Please note the pool/spa heater is optional. Can be requested for an additional fee. 24 hours in advance if possible in case of the Pool Heater. $40 per night.

SMOKING POLICY
- Not allow neither inside the house nor in the pool area.
- A $500.00 per occurrence smoking fee will be added if there is evidence of smoking.

Wonderful Weekend

From our arrival until our departure, everything was excellent. Our host communicated well and was super helpful. The pool and hot tub were terrific. Our extended family (including cousins) had a great weekend, and we will certainly book this home again.

This home is exactly as advertised. It is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. Centrally located to many things in kissimmee and orlando. We enjoyed out stay.

Nice stay

The house was nice location but lacked a few kitchen items such as silverware, pot holders, etc. Master bed was so so and bad water pressure. Pool and game area were a plus.

I wish I would have known this during your stay to help you find everything needed. We also have extra items stored in the house precisely to avoid this. The stay was ok. Just be aware you can only have no more than 10 people at a time in the house even if they are just visiting and not staying. They also only provide complimentary toilet paper and paper towels. I didn't see that on that viewing before I booked. TheHosts were very responsive and the home was cozy.

Great property for multiple families!

The home was even better than the pictures show. They have upgraded and replaced the carpet with laminate flooring which makes the place look refreshed. Space felt big enough for a family of 5. The location was close enough to commute to the area parks and events. The communication with the host was impeccable! She did everything she could to improve our vacation. We had a problem with the pool heater and she worked hard to get it fixed. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the pool, but we were able to use the hot tub. Glad to know the next guests will have no problem with the pool moving forward. We would most definitely recommend this host for your future stays!!! You will not be disappointed!

Only issue tired and hot and code didn’t work but VRBO was quick to get owners to contact us. Once inside my siblings and daughter were amazed. Loved the game room with ping pong and billiard table. Loved the flooring and pet friendly. My Yorkie felt at home since my home is all tile. It was a relief her being happy. Loved the pool just the right size. We did a weekend stay for our first sibling trip. They were in awe. We went out but hurried to the house to enjoy it. Could not access Wi-Fi and everything was labeled. Joy for family we all had our own rooms. We are already planning our trip for next year for longer. Priceless.
