Our family of 5 adults very much enjoyed our September stay. The house was very clean, well-stocked (far more than we expected!), and spacious! A very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes from Disney. If you have kids, there were plenty of extra niceties throughout the home. At first, we didn't realize the bedroom fan/light was remote-controlled (but easy to use once we figured that part out :). Our family also enjoyed the pool and the ability to spread out to relax in the home itself. Lucie and Alain were great hosts - we appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they were highly communicative. We recommend and would definitely stay at their lovely home again!

We had an amazing trip! This house was great for our family! They had toys, board games, a game room, and a pool all at the house for use! They even had pack and plays, a hair chair, ride on toys, and floats for my toddler to use! Will definitely book again!

Very nice property, larger than the pictures look, owners supply things a lot of places don’t (coffee pods, laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, plenty of dish and hand soap). Owners got back to me quickly about the security system not working and said they’d try to send the property manager back out but I didn’t hear back about that and the security system never worked during our stay… not a deal breaker, we felt safe in a nice neighborhood. Pool was great, grill worked wonderfully, plenty of towels (bath and pool). Would definitely stay again!

Overall, this house was amazing for my two kids and me. The pool was beautiful and not freezing cold. The rooms were different themes. I will say for some reason we couldn't figure out the master shower. Probably user error! We turned it one way and it was scolding hot and turned it the other way and it was freezing, there was no in between, but there was another shower to use and it was fine! Other than that, the owners were very pleasant and even let us in early! Loved and will probably be back again!

Could have done a better job cleaning. Even though it smelled fresh, food was found under the bed like a half eaten apple and pretzel on the kitchen floor. Home was always too warm to sleep. Living room furniture is really worn down, bedroom drawers broken, no light on freezer. On a good note; nice neighborhood, awesome game room and loved the pool, used game room and pool a lot. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We left things better than they were found including vacuuming and watching towels.

Thank you for your feedback. We attempted to contact you several times, and our contact information is posted in the home. Had we reached you, we could have assisted immediately, including with the thermostat, which is by the way fully adjustable by the guest. We were surprised by the cleaning concerns, as we rely on a long‑standing professional housekeeping team and each arrival is inspected. Past reviews consistently note excellent cleanliness, but we will review this in detail with our staff. The living room furniture is less than a year old, though preferences may differ. Thank you for noting the other items — they are addressed. We appreciate your stay and appreciate you taking care of the home.

The house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the game room and the pool, it kept them entertained for hours. This is a perfect home for families enjoying local theme parks!

The house was just as advertised and close proximity to Orlando activities and Disney. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and outside space as well. Host was great at communication and checking in was easy. We arrived later at night and the house was lit and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again.

Another fantastic trip to FL! This is the first time we have stayed at this owners property (we stayed at their larger house twice before), and everything was as wonderful as expected. The house was close to shopping, the pool was great. The garage game room was fun! The owners provided so much, it was appreciated. Definitely looking forward to booking again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Adventure Villa! Our first night in, we arrived very late and the lights were on which was so helpful and very unexpected. The host provided extra laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was enough to get us started without having to run to the store. They also provided plenty of pool toys for kids! The photos are accurate to the house presentation. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. As for adventures: ALL Disney Parks were within 15 minutes or less from the house. I do recommend following the toll road versus going down 192. 192 is unpredictable and the toll road was only .25 cents each time. Worth avoiding traffic! We did request a mat to be placed outside the sliding backdoor to the pool area as I slipped after playing in the pool, but one wasn't provided so I laid down a towel instead. I definitely recommend watching your step! A turn knob on a lamp in the kids' room was missing which made it a little difficult to turn on but overall, we ended up figuring out a good setup and made it work. We definitely loved playing with all the toys provided by the host. There were several toys for each kid ages 0-12 to play with. Even a dress up costume in the Harry Potter room!!! So fun! I will say there is much to see inside the home. When you think you've discovered all it has to offer, there's MORE! We will definitely be back!

Family Fun!

Family get away

Excellent location for visiting parks. Quite clean easily accessible neighborhood with nearby stores, restaurants, and whatever you may want or need. Comfortable and clean property that we all loved.. it was an excellent stay for the whole family.

Great stay

The property was easy to check into. The private pool and heat was great. Good place to stay with kids so relaxing and so many fun things to do with them in the home.
