This home is great place to stay. The complex is safe and convenient. Misti is a great host. She provides excellent communication.Highly recommended !!

Communication was great. House has everything you could want/need. We really enjoyed the pool during hot afternoons; it was refreshing and very clean. Only issues we had was the dryer vent snagged and tore some pieces of our clothing. Two bedrooms the linens had sand/dirt between the sheets upon check-in. The location of the house was wonderful!

Everything was great. The property was close to amenities, and was very comfortable. The showers were a bit on the cold side. I would rent this place again

A little disappointing.

The layout of the house is good and the pool is a nice size. I learned that this home is “self catering “ which is a new term for me. I learned that it means no salt &pepper, no ice maker, no dishwasher soap, no detergent, no clothes softner, and trash bags. The house did come with 1 trash bag, 2 pods of dishwasher soap, 2 packets of powdered clothes washer soap, 6 bath towels, and 5 forks. I got spoiled by all the other places I have stayed at where I didn't have to worry about those items. There are 4 nice bedrooms with 2 with 2 single beds in each one with box springs and a mattress. In the 2 big bedrooms there is only a thinner HARD foam mattress on the low bed frame. The 3 toilets all need to be replaced with better flushing and higher toilets. There was 1 decent frying pan, no big bowls, and a lack of forks but there is plenty of cutting boards, glasses, and plates. Just don’t plan on making any elaborate meals there. Being from the South I have lived with the issue of bugs, but when you walk into the kitchen and see ant traps on the counter it gave me a bad feeling. I did call the mgmt company on my last full day and went over many of these observations but I should have called then on the first day about the sugar ants and German roaches. The clock by the pool doesn’t keep time and the front porch light never worked. The lamps in the main bedrooms are plugged into the top plug when they should be plugged into the bottom plug because that is the plug in that the light switch controls. I found this out when my phone did not charge overnight. The game room in the garage was only usable early morning or late evening due to no air conditioning. We some fun playing and then jumping into the pool. The pool was the saving grace for this place. However without any hand rails to get in or out is a safety issue I hope they take care of. Beware of the pool guy showing up early in the morning without warning. Overall the place was better than staying in a hotel.

Very nice house and neighborhood.

The house was adorable and clean. Game room was great and the pool was nice. We did have a few critters (something like ants) but I think that is par for the course for Florida location. We have ants at our beach house in NC. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bring your own wash cloths.

Good experience

We were allowed to check in early a hour early! The washing machine was broken upon arrival but was fixed the day before we left. We had to use other means to wash our clothes which was inconvenient but no big deal. Absolutely loved the pool and outdoor space. Living room was super comfy and spacious however the beds sucked!

Great Home Away from Home

We stayed here in order to be closer to an event at Silver Spurs Arena. It felt like home, which was great to keep my boys focused as it was an athletic event. The only issue we had was being able to communicate with a property manager during our stay, but thankfully it wasn't an urgent issue. We hope to stay here every year at the same time for the next 3 years!!

Just like home....but better

Family of 6. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The couches and beds were more than comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us and withing good distance of lots to do and eat. Would have paid the same or more for half of what we had for a hotel room. Loved having our own pool and game room also. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was quite comfortable. Wish there was a bit more cleaning materials so that we could keep it a bit cleaner. Loft some of our purchases so that whoever come after us may use.Chairs to watch TV no too comfortable for Seniors. Also. Need a few more chairs for for eating.

A great home, room for a big family to spread out. Kitchen well equipped to make great meals! No views though, houses in the neighborhood are built so close together! Neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend this place for families looking to spend time in the Orlando area!

Very nice home in beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A little far to attractions, can be a benefit.

Nicely appointed. Two complaints: 1) pool should be heated — after all we paid for this house, the pool water’s warmth should not cost even more; and 2) the front loading washing machine is suffering from major mildew stench. Front loaders must be cleaned with afresh about once a month to avoid this problem. I could not find afresh anywhere so our clothes all stink.

The house and property are well kept. The only thing that surprised me was that there went any spices to cook with. Even the basics salt pepper. We’ve stayed in several Vrbo’s and this is the first without those items. The point of staying at a vrbo for us is to have space and cook. Other than that the home was wonderful

This was a great place to stay, highly recommend it! My only problem was the WiFi did not work the whole 4 days we were there. I did call but we were out of the house, but no follow up after our return. Bummed about that. All in all it was a awesome house, great location and the family enjoyed themselves!

Great home but beds were not comfortable

The home was great! Very clean and organized. We definitely would consider renting again if one thing changed; having comfortable beds. In the pictures the beds do look comfy but they felt like we were sleeping on springs. I ended up sleeping on the sofa 3 out the 5 nights we stayed there. Also, what would help is having a smart tv where we can enjoy watching netflix or hulu. Other than those two things i loved home, the space it provided, the game room, 2 rooms with an exit to the pool, privacy fence around the pool, 3 full bathrooms, and the board games provided for us. I gave it 4 out 5 bc of the uncomfortable springy beds.

Great position for Turnpike

Beautiful clean modern Villa. only one negative..... Plastic backed mattress protector on the bed which was very uncomfortable as made you sweat. Other than that which couldn't be helped was the fridge freezer wasn't working, the management company tried to get it fixed but it wasn't happening during our stay (just a bit of an inconvenience as had to go out and eat a bit more than planned) Overall would definitely stay here again

Perfect layout for 2 couples! Enjoyed the pool the most!!

Absolutely loved this layout! Four of us stayed here in February 2017 and we all agreed to stay at this place again if back in Florida. Everything is as pictured, spacious, and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to whatever you want to find or do. Rent this one, you won't be disappointed! :)
