In the heart of Colmar's old town, listed as a historical monument, enjoy all the attractions of Colmarian life in this 68m² duplex located in the Résidence de l'Ancien Relais, just 300 meters from Little Venice.

You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as various tourist and cultural points of interest in Colmar.

This apartment is composed on the main level:

a living area with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle), a table for your meals, a corner sofa and a television.

A bathroom with shower and a toilet.

Upstairs, you will find:

a bedroom with a double bed and a desk,

a bedroom with a double bed,

The accommodation is on the 3rd and 4th floors without an elevator.

Access to the duplex floor is via a steep wooden staircase, not suitable for young children or elderly people.

This is an apartment with reduced ceiling height, which gives it an old-style charm.



Parking possibilities, subject to availability:

-You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby.

-The public underground parking Montagne Verte is located 300m from the accommodation with a rate of approximately €40 per 24h.

-The city of Colmar also offers street parking outside the city center, with payment by parking meter

Colmar: A city to be consumed without moderation!

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"... It has also often been claimed that it is the most Alsatian of Alsatian cities!

Without entering into a competition of superlatives, Colmar remains undoubtedly an exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.

It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking shortcut of more than a thousand years of European history. Moreover, Colmar keeps, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing side of a "city in the countryside" that is its entire charm.

Despite the vagaries of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center, which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the House of Heads (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.

Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Strolling along the Fishmongers' Quay, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

The keys to the accommodation will be handed over at our reception between 4 PM and 6 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact our reception at least 48 hours before arrival.

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.



Before, during, and after your stay, our secretariat is reachable by phone 24/7. This contact number will be communicated to you once your reservation is confirmed.



An end-of-stay cleaning package is included in the amount paid during booking. The end-of-stay cleaning does not include cleaning of the equipped kitchen and dishes, as well as waste management, which remains your responsibility or can be entrusted to us, the cost of this "Kitchen Cleaning waste management" service is €30



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
