About this property

Charming winegrower's house with a large garden between the vineyards

The villa was built in 1892 in traditional style. Almost 120 years the house was inhabited by four generations of a family. We have renovated the house with the receipt of all original details and at the same time equipped with all modern conveniences.

The villa has three residential floors, several spacious living and dining rooms, 1 private office, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with toilet), also 2 separate toilets, and a large vaulted cellar where even the wooden drums of yesteryear are on row.

2 bedrooms each with 1 single bed 100x210 cm

The house is semi-detached. Behind and beside the house there is parking space for about 5 cars.

The basic rental fee is € 640 per night during weekends and € 400 per night during weekdays. Costs for cleaning costs and bed linen (€ 250) will be charged once only.

A tourist tax of € 2,00 per night must be paid by each guest aged 16 years and over. The tax will be charged by the host separately and forwarded to the town administration.

BBQ not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Our house is a non-smoking house. The use of confetti in house and garden ist not allowed.

The winery house is in an environment where deep calm and village vitality alternate depending on the season. The landscape is always colorful and overwhelming. Here you can find relaxation, comfort and inspiration in an authentic atmosphere.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails. Lead you along through vineyards and forests and along the river. Some of these paths begin right at the slope on towards the house. Both the Mosel riser as well as the Way of St. James carry virtually past the house. The large swimming and sauna facilities Moseltherme and a known Ayurveda clinic can be found two kilometers from the house on the road to Idar-Oberstein.
The ancient Roman city of Trier is 60 kilometers upstream, near the Luxembourg border. The city of Luxembourg is reached in one hour by car. Eifel and Hunsrück are just around the corner.

Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Charmantes Haus . Betten sind ein wenig hart . Tolle Ausstattung der Küche . Dadurch das Haus historisch ist und sehr hohe Decken hat ist es kaum warm zu kriegen . Haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren Erwachsenen Kindern in Traben Trarbach sehr genossen.

Super Urlaub!

Ein sehr besonderes, großzügig geschnittenes Haus, wo unsere Familie (10 Leute, Alter vom Kind bis zu den Großeltern) komfortabel viel Platz hatten. Bemerkenswert die geschichtsträchtige Atmosphäre und die gute Lage, man kann auch zu Fuss das wunderschöne Traben-Trabach gut erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa

Wir haben hier vier Tage mit einer Gruppe Erwachsener verbracht. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dieses Haus allerdings nicht geeignet. Sehr liebevoll renoviertes bzw. eingerichtetes Haus. In jedem Zimmer gibt es etwas Besonderes zu entdecken. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Traumhafter Kurztrip über Silvester

Wir waren mit 8 Personen über Silvester in diesem liebevoll renovierten Winzerhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein großes gemütliches Wohn-Esszimmer mit Kamin, hochwertige Badezimmer, eine gut sortierte Küche und eine gute Schlafzimmeraufteilung. Das zweite Wohnzimmer ist etwas weniger ansprechend, aber sehr sinnvoll. Ein kleiner aber feiner ruhiger Garten ist vorhanden. Kleines Manko: Die Betten könnten bei dem Preis vorab bezogen sein und das Haus war bei Ankunft ziemlich ausgekühlt und wurde durch die hohen Decken und kleinen Heizkörper nur langsam warm. Aber dafür entschädigt der Kamin. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mooie oude gerenoveerde woning. Mooi sanitair, maar jammer dat dit niet goed onderhouden (schoongemaakt) wordt. Goede locatie bij het centrum, lopend te bereiken. Goede uitvalbasis voor mooie fietstochten.

Mit Freunden an der Mosel

In diesem liebe-und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus haben wir mit Freunden (9 Erwachsene) ein paar wundervolle Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, mit diversen Gemeinschaftsräumen, wo man schon beisammen sitzen kann. Die Zimmer sind individuell, leider einige zur Strasse nicht ganz ruhig am Morgen, wenn man im Sommer Nachts gerne das Fenster auflässt. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage in Trarbach ist super- alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Am besten gefallen hat uns die geschichtsträchtige Atmosphäre im Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday Home. The owners have really thought of everything. In the run up to the holiday we had excellent communication from the owners and when we arrived at the property everything was where they said it would be. Every room was decorated to a high standard and they was plenty of room for our family group of 10. I would not hesitate in booking again

tolles Haus mit echtem Flair

wir hatten das Winzerhaus gemeinsam mit Freunden für ein Wochenende gebucht, drei Familien mit Kindern. Vom ersten Moment waren wir begeistert. Es war einfach alles vorhanden, die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet, modernes mit alten Fundstücken kombiniert. Der riesige Tisch im Wohnzimmer war perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, konnten im Garten sogar grillen. Auch dafür war alles da - inklusive Grill und Gartenmöbel. Traben-Trabach war eine Reise wert. Wir sind geradelt, gewandert und Boot gefahren. Die Abwicklung hat ebenfalls super geklappt, die Übergabe sowohl bei Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise verlief reibungslos. Wir können die Moselvilla uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie oder Freunden

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Kollegen in der Moselvilla und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch bei Winzer Caspari in der Nachbarschaft. Ausgesuchte Weine und tolle Küche. Auch das Haus lädt mit gemütlichem Esszimmer und angrenzender Küche zum Essen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Winzerhaus mit Charme und Stil

Wir (3 Paare mit 4 Kindern) verbrachten unser diesjähriges, traditionelles Moselwochenende in der Moselvilla in Traben-Trarbach und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen eines mit Charme und Stil wiederhergestellten Winzerhauses. Herr van Rijn hat hier Geschmack bei der Restaurierung/Renovierung der Zimmer und Bäder, sowie der Zusammenstellung alter und neuer Einrichtungsgegenstände bewiesen. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin (Frau Pfahl) vor Ort war sehr nett. Ein kleines Missverständnis wurde sofort mit dem Besitzer entgegenkommend und kundenfreundlich gelöst. Wäre ich Besitzer dieser schönen Villa würde ich, als nächste kleine Investition, beizeiten der Küche einen neuen Kühlschrank gönnen und den Herdanschluss fachgerecht installieren lassen. Insbesondere für kleinere Kinder stellen die Teppiche eine gewisse Rutsch- und Stolpergefahr dar. Zusammengefasst: Wunderschöne alte Winzervilla mit Stil und nettem Kontakt. Absolut zu empfehlen für Gruppen mit 10 Personen, die das besondere lieben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein sehr schönes, großen und sauberes Haus.

Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr groß, hat viele Zimmer die wir gar nicht genutzt haben. Und es ist alles ausreichend da (Geschirr etc.). Die Sauberkeit können wir auch nur bestätigen.
