This beautifully restored home is located in the City of Waynesboro just a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Modern amenities, complimentary homemade breakfast items and assurance of comfort awaits! Enjoy one of a kind Autographed Movie and TV Memorabilia. The spacious front porch is all yours including a 100 yr old porch swing that belonged to my Great Grandmother. Along with the Parkway & Skyline Drive, enjoy Restaurants, Breweries, Vineyards, movie theaters and exploring Route 151. You will have the entire front of the first floor of the home. We live upstairs and the back of the home. Always available for any needs that may arrive.

Well done! The hosts have gone above and beyond on decor and amenities. We felt right at home. Snacks, extra linens, a fan, water, toiletries, all the Roku apps, etc, etc. and my husbands favorite: Nespresso.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort, Nostalgia, and Style

We absolutely loved our stay at The Loriann! This charming 1940’s boutique home was everything we hoped for and more. The space was beautifully styled with an eclectic mix of décor that made every room feel unique and inviting.One of our favorite parts was all the movie and TV nostalgia tucked throughout the house, so many fun details to discover that sparked great memories and conversations.The front porch was the perfect spot to start or end the day, with comfy chairs and a swing ideal for enjoying morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Speaking of coffee, the Illy coffee provided was such a treat—absolutely delicious!And I have to mention the bed, hands down the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, even better than my own at home. I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages!If you’re looking for a relaxing, character-filled stay with modern comforts and plenty of personality, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Surprising Discovery

We wanted to stay a good way from Charlotteville. A friend mentioned Wayneboro. Glad we listened. Very nice home, with lots of cute features. The drive was not as bad as we thought it might be. Very comfy. If we are to come back [we live in NC] we will certainly see if we can get this residence again.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to town and all Waynesboro attractions. The home is stylishly decorated and the furnishings evoke memories of my younger years. Some even gave me a good laugh! The owners were responsive to our needs. The rental does not have a full kitchen, only a microwave and refrigerator, but is supplied with plates, cups, dinnerware and essential toiletries. The apartment is roomy and the bed was quite comfortable. The Loriann provided everything we needed for our short stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My wife and I have been staying at B&B's long before VRBO even existed, and this was our nicest stay ever. The home was beautifully decorated overall, and especially for the Fall/Halloween season. Randy answered every message request promptly, including suggestions about where to eat, when they had a binder in the home with their suggestions already. We've never experienced a B&B with so many amenities for the guests, such as nine different kinds of shampoo/conditioner/body lotion, various cereals, two coffee makers with nice selection of coffees and teas, chocolates, fridge stocked with goodies, fresh fruit, etc. and home-baked pie and caked on the table. Wonderful location, walking diistance from downtown. I could go on. We heartily recommend staying at the Loriann..
