- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 bunk beds) and a glass door opening onto the garden with a dressing room, desk, and roller shutter
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, etc.)
- Separate toilet

UPSTAIRS:
- First bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm). It also has a dressing room and blackout blinds for its two windows.
- Second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) which can be converted into a double bedroom on request (180x200 cm bed). It has a dressing room, a desk, and blackout blinds for its two windows.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet

OUTSIDE
- A large 60m² south-facing terrace with deckchairs, a parasol, chairs, and a table.
- A garden to the south and west, with brand new, lush green grass.
