Just a minute's walk from the nautical base and the charming port of Figueirette in Théoule-sur-Mer, we have remodeled and redesigned this beautiful Provençal home in the spirit of the "Chalets Hosszu" but with a seaside twist. This is a true waterfront house, with its private beach providing direct access to the crystal-clear sea via a few steps. Fully and comfortably equipped, just like our chalets, it features leisure amenities such as a pool table, foosball, a pétanque court, and even a cinema room. The villa is nestled in a setting that blends the colors of the Mediterranean Sea, the Esterel mountains, and the red rocks that dive into the water, surrounded by lush greenery.

We are located within the protected reserve of the Esterel Regional Park—a land between sea, sun, and wild scrubland. It is a preserved spot between the bustling city of Cannes and the lively village of St. Tropez.
