A bakery is located at the foot of the residence and all amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, fruit and vegetables, supermarket). You will be ideally located to explore the many surrounding attractions and to admire Montagne Pelée, the Pitons du Carbet and their tropical forest, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites!

The apartment is positioned on the second floor of a small residence and has two secure parking spaces.

The accommodation is composed of:

- A terrace with table, chairs and outdoor lounge, with a view of Le Coin beach
- A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and essentials for cooking and eating meals
