This is the ideal location for warmer months. So many amenities could not be used because of lower temperatures. The house itself is beautiful. From a comfort level, I would only give it about a 7 because there is only a smaller sectional in the den. Also, there were only overhead lights in the den- no lamps and no way to get your feet up. I also feel charging 59 a day for gold cart usage was excessive with the amount paid for a stay. Other than that, the place was nice.
