Welcome to FEI HOME, a charming fully air-conditioned apartment, nestled in the highly sought-after Port district of Nice.

Close to Place du Pin, as well as the access to "La Réserve" beach and its coastal pathway.



The apartment features a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, that flows into a cozy living room. You'll find two lovely bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds. A second bathroom with a toilet is also available.



The meticulously chosen décor blends contemporary touches and design elements, creating a welcoming ambience in a well-appointed space.



Located on the 4th floor with a half-landing elevator. Please note, several steps need to be climbed.

Welcome to the dynamic and picturesque district of Nice. Le Port is characterized by a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Narrow streets and colorful facades create a warm atmosphere, while local markets add an authentic touch.

It also offers a variety of boutiques, art galleries and local businesses. You'll find close access to the beach and the Colline du Château, which offers panoramic views over the city of Nice.



All the city's must-see places are within a maximum 10-minute walk of the apartment:

This apartment was fantastic in a great location. Very clean and well equipped. VBRO communication was A* but the host Nestor & Jeeves were exceptionally poor. I had to contact VBRO who in turn contacted Nestor & Jeeves as payment had not been taken (and it was past the due date). The registration was not clear. We had to collect keys which was nowhere near the apartment and deliver them back on the departure date. It made life extremely difficult when dragging luggage around along with additional taxi costs. At no point during the booking process did it mention the key collect/return policy.

Dear Jane, Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you found the apartment fantastic, very clean, well equipped and ideally located. We are sorry that you experienced difficulties regarding the payment process and registration. Regarding the keys, collection and return at our central reception are part of our standard arrival procedure, and the practical information regarding key collection is communicated to guests before their stay. This organization allows us to offer flexible key collection from 10 AM until midnight, without requiring a fixed appointment at the apartment. We understand that travelling with luggage can make this procedure less convenient. However, any taxi costs mentioned are related to the transportation method chosen and are not additional fees charged by Nestor&Jeeves. Despite these organizational points, we are very pleased that you particularly enjoyed the apartment itself, its cleanliness, equipment and excellent location. Claude - Nestor&Jeeves Team

Dealing with VRBO and Nestor&Jeeves (the property management) was not easy, the communication was difficult. I was especially disappointed that this flat doesn’t offer two full bathrooms, I sent a note prior to booking and was told there were two full bathrooms but when we arrived we found it was actually 1.25 since the en-suite only had a small shower and sink. Sharing one toilet with 4 people was not fun. Location is good, the elevator is tiny so don’t expect to bring luggage up in one trip! The bedrooms are decent size, only one pillow for each person ( we were able to get two more), the kitchen was well appointed. One issue is the keys are in a lockbox about a mile away, getting them was easy but you can’t just walk to the unit once you get them and taking metro isn’t easy late at night.There was constant pounding from the construction in the unit above that was undergoing renovation and that didn’t make for an enjoyable time, it would have been nice to be given notice.A few things to be aware of: there is no facial tissue and limited toilet paper and we had to buy some. There are no clothes pins to dry clothes on the lines outside and the trashcan in the kitchen only had one trashbag, so if you are there for a while you need to ask for more. There were some maintenance issues but the maintenance man did eventually make it over to address.

Regarding the bathrooms, the configuration of the apartment, including the fact that there is one toilet, is indicated in the listing description. We nevertheless regret that the information you understood prior to booking created different expectations. We are also sorry about the disturbance caused by renovation work in the apartment above. Work carried out in another privately owned apartment is outside our direct control, and when we are not informed of it in advance, we unfortunately cannot notify our guests beforehand. Regarding the keys, collection and return at our central reception are part of our standard procedure, with all practical information communicated before arrival. This allows us to offer flexible key collection without requiring a fixed appointment at the apartment. For consumables, a starter supply is provided upon arrival rather than a full supply for the entire stay. Les services de Nestor & Jeeves sont extrêmement professionnels. Si je retourne à Nice je vais faire affaire avec eux. L’appartement des proprios étaient impeccable et très bien situé. Épicerie tramway métro. Facilement accessible de l’aéroport à l’appartement
