Great location, spacious comfy and well appointed appartment, seamless check-in & checkout with luggage storage offered, useful application providing all info needed plus easy messaging with front desk. Next stay in Nice will be definitely checking N&J properties first !

Excellent location and a nice place - spacious, well furnished and equipped.

Perfect location and great for two couples. We enjoyed our stay very much - proximity of the beach and the Old Town Nice, as well as access to public transport was more than valuable.

Nice was lovely

We stayed in the heart of Old Town. Loads of bars, shops and restaurants. One street from the water/beach. Very noisy at night but we got a good feel for Nice on this trip.

Bigger than we thought

Lots of space, nice size kitchen and living room. Also really appreciated the two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms.

very convenient location. the nestor and jeeves app was very helpful and easy to use. easy to find. close to two great restaurants and the tram. it has a lift. the key was a bit tricky at first.

4 weeks in Nice

We loved the apartment which had high ceilings, open plan living room kitchen and comfortably sized bedrooms. During our four weeks stay we became very much at home in our local neighbourhood which has a wonderful boulagerie, excellent supermarket and boucherie. Rialto cinema shows current VO movies and is ten minutes walk away. We met our neighbours on the stair and found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. The Promenade des Anglais is a few minutes walk away as are local buses. The nearest tram stop is five minutes walk from the apartment and we used the tram most days. We needed help from the Nestor and Jeeves team on a number of occasions during our stay and would just like to say thank you to everyone for their good humoured and helpful assistance. We are planning to book again next year! A few more mugs and bowls would be helpful.

I would have liked to give this apartment 4.5. The apartment was very nice and stocked with almost everything you could need. The location was very good - close to the sea and a short walk to "all the sights". Lots of places to pick-up food to go and several bakeries, butchers, cheese shops and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was large enough to feel comfortable. The terrace was, as shown in the pictures, pretty small. The very good - Customer service was great. Being able tp pick-up keys at 10am is amazing. We ran into 2 small issues while in the apartment and, after sending email through the app, both were fixed within hours. I could not have asked for more. The apartment was quiet and well-located. Overall, we loved the apartment, the location and the customer service.

Grand logement, très bien situé, près de la Promenade.

Emplacement, la grandeur, les deux balcons , la vue sur les collines , le rangement et surtout les services de Nestor&Jeeves Il faut tenir compte que nous avons occupé le logement durant 75 jours.... Il y aurait des améliorations à faire dans le salon: canapé inconfortable, fauteuil idem. Absence d'éclairage adéquat pour la lecture. Senteur d'égouts récurrente dans la salle de bain avec le lave linge. Florent est venu faire une traitement qui a corrigé la situation un moment mais à la fin de notre séjour, l'odeur est revenue. Le nombre de verres à vin est insuffisant pour 4 personnes. Nous en avons acheté 3 que nous avons laissés.

logement très bien placé, propre, spacieux. nous étions 2 couples et avons apprécié les 2 salles d'eau avec toilettes.Par contre quelques manques dans les équipements de cuisine: nombre de verres et de tasses insuffisant, nous avons du faire tourner le lave vaisselle après chaque repas, et pas de couteau de cuisine. Nous avons apprécié les 2 balcons, mais la rue de France est très bruyante et une des chambre donne sur la rue, donc ce serait bien de la savoir avant. Mais malgré ça nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et l'organisation de l'agence est top!!

Tres bel appartement, situe a deux minutes de la Promenade, a cinq minutes du Bd Gambetta et ses commerces, c´est parfait! De plus, Jeanna, de l´agence Ashley Parker, est toujours a l´écoute, tres bon service.

très bon appartement, grand, éclairé et très proche de la mer

grandeur de l'appartement+2 chambres à coucher avec deux salles de bain. 2 minutes de marche de la mer/promenade des anglais il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain (avec laveuse). il y avait aussi des fois des insectes dans les salles de bain. Ces 2 problèmes sont faciles à régler par les propriétaires.
