Located only 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike from the city centre and the historic centre of Annecy, travellers have easy access to the main tourist attractions, restaurants and typical shops of the region. Furthermore, our strategic location provides quick access to the main transport routes, facilitating travel to other popular destinations in the area. Whether to explore the natural beauty of the surroundings or discover the rich cultural heritage of the city, the Neostelia aparthotel offers its clients an ideal starting point for their trip to Annecy.
For the more sporty, the greenway is accessible in only 10 minutes by bike, and the Annecy football club is just a few streets away from the Neostelia Aparthotel.

As for the apartments, they are all equipped with a Queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom as well as various spaces for eating, working, or relaxing...
All our spaces have been custom-designed with quality materials to ensure maximum comfort for travellers. They will also find common areas within the aparthotel (laundry, reception with relaxation area, outdoor petanque court...). Paddleboards and bicycles will be available for rent so that travellers can explore the city and enjoy the lake during fine weather.
Some apartments have balconies and small gardens. For the others, no worries, all the apartments have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, including the Parmelan and the Veyrier.
For visitors arriving by car, a private car park is available within the aparthotel, as well as charging stations if they have electric vehicles.
