A very pleasant week in Annecy, flat is close to town so sights within walking distance. Flat would benefit from WiFi especially as so much with Vrbo and other attractions is undertaken on-line

Nice and affordable place in Annecy

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (9, 13, 14). It was probably the limit, but still it was ok, and there was enough dishes and everything. Walking distance to the beach 25 min, but there are nice and less crowded beaches nearby. Car distance 15-25min. The neighborhood is not the best, but its ok. The flat is very clean and nicely arranged. The next door neighbor is also very nice.

Appartement idéalement placé, à 15 minutes à pied du vieux Annecy et du lac. Il est accueillant, chaleureux et sa vue sur les montagnes est agréable. La région est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et toujours disponibles. Merci.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour l appartement est a 15 minutes a pied du lac ce qui est appréciable mais pour l environnement de l appartement il y a mieux.Nous avons beaucoup apprecié la cave privée pour stocker nos vélos la facilité pour ce garer la simplicité pour l arrivée et le départ et les echanges avec le propriétaire.Quelques point negatifs sur la vaiselle (casserole) sur la propreté de l interieur des placards et de la literie.

PropretĂ© et confort pour le logement. Immeuble bien entretenu et calme, entourĂ© d’un espace vert. Jolie vue sur la montagne. PropriĂ©taire Ă  l’écoute, et rĂ©actif. Nous avons eu la chance en plus d’avoir eu beaucoup de soleil

Bonjour, Nous étions 5 à loger dans ce petit appartement. Il était super et confortable, pas loin du centre d'Annecy et trÚs charmant. Nous avons été prévenu un peu tard quand au besoin de ramener nos propres draps mais cela n'a pas été un problÚme. Dans l'ensemble c'était un super séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) Merci pour tout, La team d'amis.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben die schöne, lebendige Stadt Annecy sehr genossen, da die Innenstadt gut zu Fuss zu erreichen war. Die Wohnung im 5. Stockwerk bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge rund um den See. Die Ausstattung des Appartments war gut und die Abwicklung hat gut geklappt.
