This spacious, light and bright southwest facing unit is located on the 4th floor. It has beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Loma. This one bedroom, one bathroom, beautifully maintained unit is designed to accommodate two people . The features include Cal- King bed, two televisions one in living room and one in the bedroom, double sink bathroom vanity, washer and dryer in the unit, tile floor, granite counters, and neutral color scheme. A private balcony provides a great space for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. One parking space in the underground garage. Located within walking distance, from the beach, Hotel Del Coronado, and Orange Street. Centrally located, to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and down town San Diego. There are lot's of nearby places to shop as well as dine. Four Ocean front pools & 8 tennis courts, 2 clubhouses, exercise facilities, gated access, indoor parking and 24/7 door attendants. * Minimum Rental Period: Coronado City code and the Coronado Shores Homeowners Association stipulates that the minimum rental period is one month.

Relax and Enjoy

We had a wonderful stay! The sunsets were amazing, and the sound of the waves made this stay so relaxing. The condo was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The spacious balcony was our favorite spot to watch the most gorgeous sunsets ever.

Beautiful Condo on Coronado Shores!!!

We loved staying here so much we booked it already for next year. The condo is well appointed with everything you'd need for your "home away from home." The beach is just a few steps away and the view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. We enjoyed preparing meals while watching the waves coming ashore. We've stayed in a few units over 6 years and this condo, by far, was the best! A great big thank you to Therese for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Coronado Shores!

We really enjoyed the bright and spacious suite that was nicely furnished and stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. The kitchenware was plentiful and of good quality as were the appliances. The Cal-King bed was comfortable and all the linens were good quality. The sunset views were spectacular on the 4th floor large balcony, with stylish and comfortable outdoor seating. The building and grounds have a resort-like appeal and are well maintained, as is the entire complex of Coronado Shores. The complex has beautiful pools/spas/tennis courts, and a beach club where we enjoyed live entertainment twice a week and met some new acquaintances. The location, next to the famous Del Mar Hotel on the beach is perfect, and Coronado Island is a sought-after destination. Our hostesses, Therese and her daughter, Danielle were lovely, and communicated quickly with us, as did the concierge staff. Thank you and best regards!
