Exterior: Terrace with outdoor table, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue Enclosed garden. Other information: The staircase leading upstairs requires vigilance and is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility (currently being secured) 3 to 4 parking spaces inside the property secured by a gate Accommodation located on the edge of a quiet road. Welcome to this old stable carefully renovated, combining authenticity and modernity, where the charm of the stones and exposed beams has been preserved. You will be seduced by its warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing by the fire on winter evenings, or enjoying the garden on beautiful sunny days. Mauron, a charming town in the heart of Brittany, is ideally located between the English Channel and the Atlantic, just 20 km from Ploërmel and 40 minutes from Rennes or Vannes. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the region. At the gateway to the mythical Brocéliande forest, Mauron offers many hiking trails and mountain bike circuits, inviting you to explore enchanting landscapes where Arthurian legends and unspoiled nature intersect. On the local side, let yourself be tempted by the diversity of Breton specialties offered by local producers. Accommodation renovated in 2024 in the peace and quiet of the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of the legendary Brocéliande forest!
