The miles long beaches of the Southwestern Gulf Coast are unique. 2016 we made our dream come true and built this vacation home - that we love to share with our valued guests. Great Private Get-a-way!
This villa was perfect for our week in Venice. The pool was extremely enjoyable and the house had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The owner seems to have thought of everything to make the stay pleasant for guest.
The Venice area has great restaurants! We loved Brewburger and Italianos. The house is close to the beaches and to restaurants and stores. The private beach is a must see! We will definitely be back.
Lovely Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here! The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a fun vacation. The quiet neighborhood location was also a plus for us.
We really appreciate that the property truly is just as advertised. Also, Birgit was very responsive throughout the rental process and was a pleasure to work with! If our travels every bring us back to the Venice area, we would gladly consider this property again.

Exceptional property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Happy Gator. From the moment we walked into the house we felt at home and comfortable. No detail has been overlooked in making the house welcoming for guests. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat at home and the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. The pool area is spectacular and feels very private even though there are other homes nearby. The home is well-designed to accommodate guests, who can stay in bedrooms and use a bathroom on the other side of the house from the master bedroom and bath. Everything is clean, well-designed and lovely. We highly recommend this home for anyone interested in staying in the Venice area!

We had the best of everything in the house on Alligator Dr. Villa Happy Gator was so well stocked, clean and inviting. Birgit was a pleasure to work with during our rental process. I would recommend this home and we will try to rebook if there is ever a vacancy during our vacation time.

Well kept property
The house is nice, well equipped and near to very nice beaches and golfcourses. The surroundings are less attractive.
Furniture, inside and outside, is good-looking and functional.
