Everything we were looking for!

Perfect location to the CHI Health Center Arena for my daughters and their friends to get to the concert, that we went to Omaha to see. Loved that there were a variety of shops to go to, to kill some time. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Chris was very responsive throughout our whole experience.

This property is amazing I have stayed at 2 of the other properties owned by Chris also!! (Which there also amazing ) hes is a amazing owner 100% Caring And make sure you know all the ends and outs around the old market! Not to mention ..... 10% discount on eating areas in old market😍

Great location

You cannot beat this location if you are looking to experience the Old Market which is a must while in Omaha. Chris was responsive and helpful and the unit was clean. My only suggestion , which is not a big deal at all, is the place could use some kitchen items (toaster, cooking utensils, ice trays for ice making etc) We had no problem living without those things though and enjoyed more of the dining instead 😊 thanks for a great weekend!

Located In the heart of the Omaha’s Old market, our newly renovated apartment accents the buildings charming character. With character around every corner, the apartment's location is walking distance from many different restaurants, bars, retail shops, museums, local art, and other entertainment attractions.
The apartment is located walking distance from the CHI Center, The Orpheum, Holland Center, Collage World Series Stadium, and Biking Trails along the Riverfront.

Downtown Parking:
The street meters are 9:00am - 9:00pm, Monday- Saturday. Free on Sundays. They are $1.25/hr. You can pay with coins, credit cards or through the "Park Omaha" app.

My recommended garage is the Park Two on 12th and Harney. It's around $10/day. The garage address is 1313 Harney Street, Omaha NE 68102. Approximately 1.5 blocks from the apartment.
