Comfortable private unit with hot tub, swimming pool and free parking

Relax in the hot tub and swimming pool with your friends and family at this peaceful place. Green sharable fenced backyard swimming pool and hot tub. Free parking space for 1 car on the driveway and 5 on the free street parking spaces. Maximum 3 people allowed plus 1 child with additional bed by the request. Our guest unit is a part of the big house on the basement level, but with private entrance which included private bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen with all appliances. In-unit heating and cooling system with remote control. Enjoy also outdoor fire pit, grill and amazing relaxing hot tube. New comfortable memory foam mattress, 52" TV with regular channels, Roku, Netflix, games, good signal of internet and computer table (perfect for remote working). Also we can provide additional bed, car seat, stroller, high chair for babies or toddler by the request.

Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the area!

We had a wonderful weekend at Inna’s lovely apartment! It is spotless and has everything someone could want for a short weekend or an extended stay. The check in/out process is super easy, the location is terrific, and the bed is comfortable really comfortable. My spouse and I were in town visiting friends and we could not have asked for a nicer host or a more seamless VRBO experience. We look forward to returning!

Always clean and peaceful with hot tub which available all days. And swimming pool in summertime (June-Sept). We have fenced yard, fire pit, grill and nice green backyard.
