This is a large 2 and a half story fully renovated heritage home in a convenient and hip neighbourhood. Has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with eat in kitchen that seats 4 and a formal dining room that seats 10 comfortably. The main bedroom has a 65” TV and you will find 55” TV’s in the second bedroom as well as in the living room. No expense was spared in the amenities of this one.

Beautiful house

We had a large family reunion and this was the perfect house. Cute, a ton of character and amazing neighborhood right near the bars and restaurants on Corydon. Melanie was very responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back!

It was a very enjoyable stay. It was a classic heritage home in Winnipeg in a great neighbourhood close to great restaurants and services.The house was very well equipped. Communications with the house were prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend this host and this house.

Comfortable and well equipped

The house was perfect for a longer term stay - was equipped with everything you could require, including toiletries, various kitchen appliances, and an abundance of towels and robes! The beds were so comfortable, both mattress and linens. It was so nice to have enough space for the family, with each of us having our own space. The kids loved the air hockey table. Melanie and Dereck were so responsive, and the parking in the back was convenient, and the location was great - walk to shops, coffee places, restaurants, groceries and pharmacies. Also near a bus route. Highly recommend for family stays.

4-sister 2-week stay

A beautiful and generously-equipped heritage-age 5-bedroom house in an interesting and lovely neighbourhood. Very walkable, no hills in sight. Amenities nearby. The house is 4 stories high, so lots of well-built stairs. The main bedrooms are beautifully appointed, even with crystal chandeliers over the beds. Bedcoverings and pillows are very good quality. Several large TV sets in the house. Very efficient and well-equipped kitchen. Homeowners live nearby and were very responsive.

The house worked out quite well for our extended family. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Melanie is a terrific host. She responded quickly to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
