Spacious Ocean Front Four Bedroom Condo with Bayside Views

This spacious four bedroom, southern exposer ocean front, end unit, condo is on the 10th floor of the Carousel and boasts wonderful views of both the ocean and back bay. Wake up to the sunrise on the front balcony and watch the sunset from the rear sunroom or bedroom. This is our family's condo and has been lovingly maintained over the years, most recently completely repainted 10/2022, new sectional couch and seat 10/2022, new water heater 10/22, new solar shades 10/2022 and new HVAC 2021 and updated appliances. This is the third season we are offering our home away from home for rent and we had a very successful first season allowing us to make improvements. The master bedroom is ocean front and has a large sliding door leading to the huge front balcony. Also recently installed solar shades with blackout liner for privacy. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rear bedroom (bayside) has a queen bed with amazing views of the back bay and walks out into the rear sunroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and two windows. The fourth bedroom is a small and cozy bedroom which has a pull out trundle bed that's perfect for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware and appliances necessary for preparing any meal. It has a very large countertop which seats five. The open floor plan of the kitchen overlooks the family room area with a large, comfortable sectional couch and love seat. A large sliding glass door leads to the ocean front balcony. The ocean front slider is also equipped with solar shades. This unit comfortably sleeps eight in the bedrooms. Even though there are two couches, neither is a sleeper. A photo ID must be emailed along with the lease to complete the rental agreement. You must be 28 year of age or older to rent this unit, no one under that age allowed without an accompanying adult. This is a pet and smoke free condo and The Carousel prohibits smoking from the balcony. There is a cash registration fee of $50 collected by the Carousel at time of check in.

Perfect space for a family

We had a great stay in this condo. It is clean and updated with plenty of space for a family. The views are great, and it is in a great central location. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. The host is great, and we hope to return and rent this condo again. Check-in and check-out were easy.

This was an amazing condo with a great view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, the Condo was great, clean, beds were comfy, bedding was great! Kitchen had everything we needed and more!! It was quiet at night and the amenities in the hotel were great. My grands 6 and 3 loved the indoor pool, and the snack bar, ice rink and game room!!

The condo was clean and the online images were accurate. The condo was well supplied and everything worked as it should. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect and the carousel itself is well managed and has lots of family activities for guests.

Our host was so nice and accommodating, he answered all question I had right away. The condo was clean and big enough, we had 6 adults and a child for part of the week. We had no issues with anything in the condo. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed with the property and the condo. The amenities are fantastic and the condo is as advertised. It’s spacious with plenty of room for a family. It was clean, comfortable, and the view is amazing. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed for a great beach week and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Steve was great at communicating when we had questions and helped us with a noisy neighbor one night. I’d highly recommend a stay here! We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

Great Views

Our stay here was great. The condo is very comfortable for a family vacation. The views are spectacular and enjoyed seeing the dolphins swimming. The condo is in a great location and blocks from our favorite restaurant Crabcake Factory. The entertainment and activities for children were wonderful. The owners are great and always available.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful, very well stocked and the view from the balcony was amazing! Plenty of room for our family of seven. The location was perfect with a grocery store, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There were also several restaurants right on the premises as well as many activities for us to do as a family! Would definitely go back!

Perfect Place

The condo was very clean and spacious! Cabinets were well stocked with all the basic necessities for cooking meals. Views were great! I would suggest having a small table for on the balcony to place your morning cup of coffee on while watching the waves and sunrise. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!

The perfect stay for our family getaway!

This vacation rental was by far and beyond, one of the best experiences all the way around. Securing the rental was a breeze, and the communications from the property manager were always warm and accomodating. It made us feel like we were coming to stay at a friend's place. The condo itself was clean, and the layout was PERFECT for our family. The only thing, and I do mean the only thing, that was lacking was the absence of curtains or blinds in the unit. The privacy wasn't an issue being on the 10th floor, but the afternoon sun would heat the back of the condo up so significantly, that the HVAC could not keep up. There were fans available, however, and that did help to move the air around. Over all, this was a five star stay, over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing your oasis with us and we would love the opportunity to visit again next year, if you'll have us!

Certainly, new blinds and curtains are on the list as our family has been on the fence over the years about taking away from the views with window treatments. But when the sun gets hot and sets in the back, it is very helpful having blinds and curtains to keep the rooms cooler. We were hoping the new stronger HVAC that was installed this year would solve the problem, but the size of the windows really heats up the rooms. Other updates will include painting the entire condo, granite kitchen countertops, new family room furniture and a dining room table to seat the entire family. We are putting all rental proceeds back into the condo to make it even better. Thanks again for being such great guests, glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay.

Ocean city 2023

Overall accommodations were lovely Loved the full size washer/dryer The views and location were perfect The accommodations at the carousel were great. Nice pools, play area, game room, ice rink, special events-seashell painting, mermaids, family photos Beautiful sunsets over the bay Kitchen could have been better equipped, sparse serving bowls, no blender(luckily I brought one), no crockpot We did run all the fans in unit as the back rooms were extremely hot. Two suggestions to make things better 1. Need window coverings on the master bedroom and living room. Sunrise at 6am and really bright in the bedroom. Also can’t see the tv in the living room in the morning as it is so bright 2. Needs to have a little table on the balcony Also no tub in either of the bathrooms. Probably needs to be better disclosed as bathing an infant in the kitchen sink was our option

Amazing Condo and Hosts!

This condo at the Carousel in OCMD is fantastic! 4 bedrooms is hard to find and this was a great one. This has to be one of the first condos I've stayed in that actually has enough seating for everyone! The view of the beach is breathtaking, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed . The Carousel has great amenities too -- indoor/outdoor pools, ice rink with shows and don't forget the tiki bar! Hosts were responsive to questions and allowed an early check in --- THANK YOU!!

This condo has been in our family since 1979. We have remolded once and updated along the way. Typically our family has enjoyed wonderful summers and lots of memories at the beach. But lately with all the children grown and family obligations, the condo has been used much less. Therefore, we want to share our wonderful condo at the beach with others to make their own memories and fun times.

The most unique benefit of the Carousel is the indoor ice skating rink and ice cream shop. Also their is a Tiki bar outside with a fire pits, a Bamboo lounge, fine dining restaurant, outdoor pool with grill and indoor pool and fitness center. Lastly, there is a arcade next to the skating rink.
