Spend your afternoons lounging poolside before taking the elevator to access this ninth-floor suite easily. You'll have direct beach access, so be sure to use the free WiFi to download a good playlist for those long walks along the lapping waves. The central air-conditioning will keep everything nice and cool, and the private washer/dryer will make it easy for everyone to look their best during your stay.

Our stay at Vacasa

We really like the beach area and the pool area. Location close to restaurants and shopping was good. Cost was reasonable. We did not like dealing with guest services because we never got any satisfaction. We finally went to the Vacasa office to solve our problem with vehicle parking passes.

Mom's birthday getaway

Great location!

Although this was a great location, it could stand a deep cleaning. The glass table in the living area had food and drink that I cleaned off and one of the showers had dirty towells left in it. If it were me, id stop providing the shower soaps and start providing nore linens.

Space, space, space!

This property is at a great location! The building only has 9 floors, so it is not very crowded and we never had to wait very long for the elevator. We enjoyed our stay and felt like restaurants and things to do were very close! The pool is pretty small, but if you are going for the beach and need space, this unit is for you!

Vacay 2025

We had a great week. Condo was clean. Some minor things need to be fixed: bathroom tub/shower handles were loose, some loose outlets. Not enough toilet paper. Absolutely NO verbal communication from property manager about our difficulty in getting our parking passes. Parking warnings issued because we couldn’t get passes until Tuesday afternoon. My vacation time spent texting and on the phone.

West Wind Penthouse 2

It was spacious but had a few things that went wrong. The elevator quit on our second day so we had to climb 9 flights of stairs anytime we went back and for to the beach. Outlets didn’t didn’t work in two bathrooms. However they did send someone to carry our heavy things down the stairs when we checked out. The condo was spacious and clean. A nice condo

Stay away!

Roaches, pool closed, scaffolding all over, broken doors, smelling worn carpet, elevator broken down nine flights to walk, no cleaning done anywhere on premises, not a single staff member to be found. Vacasa partners with Meyer on this one..in my eyes Meyer has now ruined their good name. Its a shame.

Fabulous!

It was a small building with easy access! We were just steps from the beach, so no long and miserable walk!! The condo was super spacious with a fantastic view! It was a girls trip that included me, my mom, my teen daughter and her friend. We let the girls share the master but we each still had our own room and connecting bathroom! Some stuff has been updated and some stuff could use updating. The couch could use a steam cleaning, the beds were hard, and the sheets/bedspread was super thin. Other than that I have no complaints!! The space and location for the price were fabulous! We plan on making this a yearly trip to stay HERE every time!!

Beach front getaway for family spring break

Nice place to stay. Great view of white sand beach that was kept clean. Couple dissapointments were no hot tub and the pool is not heated. Looks like in the middle of some renovation. Patch work that still needs to be painted on walls in several rooms but didnt effect our stay. Lots of dishes and utensils for cooking. Had everthing we needed to make meals we planned. Large spacious place and loved double patio doors that opened up wide for views and ocean sounds. Balcony was very inviting. Was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Always had a parking spot with onsite security as you entered property. Master bedroom had huge king bed and nice walk in shower. Could use a couple more bath towels per bathroom. Only 1 kitchen towel and no dish cloth so make sure you bring extra. Nice place to stay overall.

Great family time

Location of the property was just perfect, loved the view of the beach! There were eight adults on this trip and the penthouse was large enough and very comfortable. The only complaint was the outdated appliances. We had a problem with the ice maker in the refrigerator but discovered the ice compartment had not been replaced properly. Apparently someone had removed it and had not put it back in all the way. Loved having the keypad code so we didn't have to keep up with a key. The condo is only minutes away from very good restaurants and shopping at Walmart and dollar general stores. Also, we were able to rent umbrella chairs for the entire time. This penthouse is one of the older buildings but it was clean and getting on and off the elevator was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this penthouse for families to enjoy a great vacation together.

Don't let the pictures fool you

This place is a dump. It was probably very nice 20 years ago. When they have sheets as curtains and the floors feel like they were cleaned with dirty water or haven't been mopped in quite some time. There was some kind of bug crawling across the floor in the master (9 floor) but I almost missed it because of all the stains on the floor. All fixtures are loose or broken off. So don't be fooled by the pictures. If I thought I could a refund I would ask.

Penthouse plus

Great location, right on the beach. Disclaimer when booking let us know building still under renovation from resent storm damage so we overlooks a few cosmetic issues. However, maintenance man came to hang blinds and window treatments while my grandkids were trying to nap. Kitchen microwave was not working reported via email. Then the same night two maintenance men came about 8pm looking for water leak flooding the condo below. I tried calling the contact number in rental agreement, but no answer.

The online description was fraudulent at best. Construction made all facilities unusable. We shared our balcony with the workers every morning. The condo was very dated and sparsely equipped.

Under construction and not as advertised

Building completely under construction. Pictures do not reflect condition of the building. Amenities not available. Listing says there is a pool; nope - it's under construction Listing says there is a gym/fitness room - nope, there is not one. TVs without remote controls. TVs on bedrooms very little and if there was a remote control it was either broken or no batteries. Living room TV didn't have a remote control to operate the TV. Very limited kitchen Trash chutes that are supposedly located on each floor were not available. Safety concern - Construction workers have access code to rental and walked in to the condo while I was working in one of the rooms. Construction workers everywhere, working outside the door and on windows able to look inside condo. Elevator did not always worked, which became an issue having a daughter with a disability.

Great space for a family!
