Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.
Wake up to panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beach below at Lei Lani Tower 606T, a one-bedroom condo on the shores of Orange Beach. This gulf-front property provides you with wonderful access to the beach as well as two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a tennis court, and a barbecue area.


This air-conditioned condo is open and bright, offering a full kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame the water. Just beyond those doors is the shaded patio - a wonderful spot for al fresco breakfasts and sunset card games overlooking the water. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a stacked washer/dryer, and flatscreen cable TVs.


This condo is located along Perdido Beach Boulevard, three miles east of the heart of Orange Beach. You'll be only a mile west of the Flora-Bama, four miles west of Perdido Key State Park, and even closer to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and conveniences.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Share information before leaving

We did not know we would have a day that we would not be able to use the water in the condominium. We got up extra early and showered/bathed, and did what we needed to so we could leave, so we would not have to worry about bathrooms, washing hands, and things that needed water.

We enjoyed our beach vacation so much! The condo was clean conveniently located and yet more private than some locations we previously visited. The booking, check-in, and check-out were all very easy and convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet non-crowded area, but close enough to everything The door code was a bit touchy, but we finally got the hang of it. We have already booked for next year!

Gret price, perfect view

The condo was very clean upon arrival. The view, for the price alone, made this a wonderful stay. We had issues with the entry key pad the entire month and reached out for assistance but only received the same info we received prior to our stay. Two other issues were called in and immediately resolved. PROS: The bed was very comfortable while other furniture a bit uncomfortable, however I realize it's impossible to tend to everyone's likes. The unit is very well stocked; we had plenty of towels and kitchen is well stocked. And the view!! We had meals outside and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets while enjoying daily dolphin sightings. The beach is one of the prettiest I've seen in our travels. CONS: The bedroom is in need of curtains; there's a bright light outside that shines in all night. There was cold air that blew in from under the closet with the water heater/furnace in it and a couple nights we had to put pillows down to block the air. The pros certainly out weigh the cons and we would stay again... for the price, the view and the quick responses we got when we needed something.

The good: fair price, clean, not busy, plenty of parking spaces and easy access to street and beach The Bad: Key pad to get in the room was a nightmare... took several tries every time to get in. Old elevators.. they rattled and shook every time we used them.

Perfect place to stay

The condo was clean. The furniture comfortable. Sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins every morning was amazing. I left jewelry in the property with much sentimental value to me. The amazing cleaning staff turned it in immediately. The call center staff person went above and beyond to assist me. The Vacasa property manager for Lei Lanai Tower was so kind and amazing. I am so thankful and grateful for their compassion and commitment to excellent care of their guests. Thank you all so very much.

Nice, clean place and great location! The extra bed doesn’t have bedding or pillows though and the Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Great view but terrible accommodations

I knew this was an older condo, but I still expected things to be in good condition and clean at least. First of all, our key code to get in did not work, so I had to call and get code for lock box to get a key. We had one key for everyone to share during the stay. The condo smelled musty. The cabinets in bathroom had old water damage. There was a dirty bathroom sink. The grab bar in the non-working jacuzzi tub(which looks like it need to be cleaned) fell off by just touching it! The base boards were dirty. The ceiling had dust and cracks. The sofa bed was terrible! There were no extra blankets for bed. No pillow for sofa bed. The sliding doors to balcony would not close completely. The decor was old. One piece was a Halloween castle and it was broken. The artificial orchid plant was falling apart. This is just a few of the issues! At least, the view was awesome. The condo was a dump. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owners should be ashamed of renting a condo in this condition. Worst VRBO rental ever!

The balcony was awesome.

Sitting on the balcony to watch the sun rise and just listen to the ocean was our favorite thing. One evening we watched a pod of dolphins feeding for about 20 minutes. So cool.

The property was exactly what we wanted! A view of the beach and water and the walk to the beach was easy! This condo definitely needs a makeover/update but it was clean and cosy. We couldn’t find a dumpster to get rid of our trash or instructions on what we needed to do upon checking out but overall it was a great stay! 5 stars!⭐️

Beach was nice and location was ideal. The elevator is horrible and the room needed a lot of TLC. We only came to the room to sleep and spent most of the time out.

Everything was great and the balcony on the beach was wonderful. Easy check in process and everything was clean, easy beach access. Only complaint was one of the elevators was down so there were long waits, and the refrigerator kept popping open even though it was empty. Overall though it was great!

Big enough for 2 ppl, which is what we wanted. Right on the beach with a balcony to be able to watch the ocean. Very relaxing, not a whole lot of ppl for a huge distraction to take away from the trip. Totally enjoyed my stay! :)

This property was disgusting. There is mildew around the carpet where it meets the baseboard, the dishwasher is falling out of its enclosure, the master bathroom bath handle was broken off and laid haphazardly in the tub, the master TV had a huge crack in it rendering unable to watch. My 10 month old crawled on the floor and his hands, knees, and feet were black from dirt within minutes. We expected this condo to be dated due to pictures, but in reality it was disgusting. Numerous places where the flooring/baseboards were unfinished, cabinet lining is collapsing. It's clear this condo has sustained heavy water damage over the years but had not been properly repaired. I reached out to Vacasa and was told that they called the local manager, housekeeping, and repair person and that I would hear back, but its been 2 days since we checked out and I've yet to hear anything. Very disappointed in VRBO and Vacasa.

Repairs being done while the unit was being rented?

There was no ceiling above the shower when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. Out of the clear blue, workmen showed up without notice on Monday and spent most of the day making repairs. We have two little children, and being notified that one bathroom and the bedroom would be inaccessible would have been the polite thing to do. Thank goodness our parents were also here and we had access to their unit. The unit itself was lovely. Our issue is with the management company’s lack of concern.
