Entspannung vor der Saisonale mi Hund

Wir waren noch vor dem 1.4 da, und konnten den Strand ohne Einschränkung mit Hund genießen! Die Unterkunft war gut unterteilt, und es war alles da! Wir können sie empfehlen, und würden sie auch wieder nehmen!!

Schönes Appartement am Stadtrand und doch zentral

Ich war Anfang November 2023, eigentlich die schlechteste Jahreszeit im Jahr, in diesem hübschen Appartement und habe mich selten so wohl gefühl. Es ist in einem kleinen Häuschen mit eigenem Eingang und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und einen Balkon. Das "Häuschen hat alles was es braucht um einen ebtspannten Urlaub zu haben. Es liegt zwischen Niendorf und Timmendorfer Strand, beide Orte sind zu Fuß in ca. 15/20 Minuten, auf einem Uferweg am Strand entlang erreichbar. Ein für diese Jahreszeit rundum erholsamer Urlaub. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung, wenig Schlafkomfort

Auch wenn diese Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist sie sehr nett eingerichtet und liegt absolut perfekt zwischen Timmendorfer Strand und Niendorf. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Und jetzt kommt das große ABER: Was allerdings absolut nicht ging, war das Bett!!! Es sieht zwar schön aus, ist aber mega unbequem und knallhart. Wir hatten also eine erste schreckliche Nacht in diesem Ding, von Schlaf konnte absolut keine Rede sein. Am nächsten Tag haben wir gleich morgens in der Agentur angerufen und um Hilfe gebeten. Entweder das Apartment zu wechseln, oder einen Topper zu besorgen. Es wurde ein umgehender Rückruf versprochen, der leider nicht kam. Also folgte unsererseits ein zweiter Anruf, auf den auch erst nach 4 Stunden der Rückruf kam. Der Eigentümer war offensichtlich nicht bereit, in einen Topper zu investieren (180,- Euro, für eine Zukunft mit vielen zufriedenen Gästen) und die Agentur wohl auch nicht. Nun denn! Unser Fazit: Wir kommen nicht wieder und können nur jedem, der ansatzweise Rückenprobleme hat, diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Es sei denn, er bringt seinen eigenen Topper mit... Wir besitzen jetzt einen, da wir ihn ja dort kaufen mussten, sonst hätten wir abreisen müssen. Die Agentur, die uns anfangs sehr freundlich empfangen hat, war uns leider auch zu wenig lösungsorientiert. Man hatte uns bei einem Apartmentwechsel nur gesagt, dass wir dann zweimal die Endreinigung zu zahlen hätten. Super Leistung!!! Da fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben...

Genau richtig

Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist geräumig genug und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Strandnähe genossen - es kann auch niemand über einem wohnen, was einem das Gefühl eines eigenen Häuschens vermittelt. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt ;) Wir kommen gern wieder!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war völlig ausreichend für eine vierköpfige Familie. Der eigene Stellplatz dazu war optimal. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

hübsche, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die gemütliche, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung war sauber, alles, was man im Urlaub in einer Wohnung braucht, war da. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, die Organisation drumrum einwandfrei. Jederzeit würde ich die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Inneneinrichtung OK, außen nicht so gut: Holzboden der Terrasse, sowie das Geländer teilweise verfault. Reparatur und Neuanstrich wird empfohlen.
