Discover The Sea Star, a modern and tastefully decorated 50 mÂČ apartment, located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, just 300 m from the famous Demoiselles Beach. Ideal for 6 people, this accommodation is on the upper floor of a typical 1950s villa that has been completely renovated. With an independent entrance, it offers all the necessary comfort for a seaside vacation.
The apartment has two large comfortable bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), while the second offers a double bed (140x190). The bright living room includes a sofa bed (130x190). A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.) and a bathroom with toilet complete this functional accommodation. You can also enjoy a pleasant veranda and a large 40 mÂČ terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.
The apartment is completely independent from the accommodation located on the ground floor of the villa, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Two private parking spaces are also available. The amenities include internet access (Wi-Fi), a washing machine, a television and electric heating. All beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets and pillows for optimal comfort.
The location is ideal: only 300 m from the beach and the forest, and 200 m from local shops such as bakery, grocery store, restaurants and local market (every Monday and Thursday). A few kilometers away, you can discover the many attractions of the region, such as the Atlantic Toboggan water park (3 km), the Saint-Jean-de-Monts Golf Course (5 km) or the adventure park Le Grand DĂ©fi (36 km).
The Sea Star is the perfect choice for a family or friends vacation, offering a peaceful setting and everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy its proximity to the sea and the various activities offered in the region.
