My luxuriously furnished modern art studio is located in a large building complex near the LRMC (within a 5 minute walking distance). Downtown Landstuhl is just a short drive down the hill with plenty of restaurants and a neat little city life atmosphere. Right around the corner, you'll find a pharmacy, bakery and a couple of restaurants (Asian and German).

Bathroom: washer, dryer, clothes rack, iron/ironing board, blow-dryer, corner bathtub
Kitchen: double-sided fridge/freezer (ice cubes, crushed ice), coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, dyson vacuum cleaner, oven, dishwasher - dining-room set for 4 people
bedroom/living-area/office space: 180x200 box-spring bed, large sofa, coffee table, desk, desk chair, 50inch Smart TV (Amazon Prime, Netflix – German cable TV), fast Wifi, free International phone calls

Ramstein Airbase (10 minutes)
Kaiserslautern (25 minutes)
Baumholder (25 minutes)
Zweibrücken (designer outlet store 30 minutes)

Miriam did a great job making me feel at home. This property is close to Ramstien air base and has great scenic walking trails. Lots of amenities available to the guest and fast internet. Highly recommended
