The entire Condo has been recently renovated and fitted with Hi Speed (1G) wireless internet and Smart TV. Perfect for PCSing Family, Traveling Medical personnel, and contractors.

You'll have access to the entire condo!

The condo was supplied good, towels, dishes, pot & pans. The couch was very uncomfortable and for a place that claims to seat six, the couch was the only piece of furniture, for sitting, in the living room.

Good: Unit is cute, lots of space, quiet and everything functions as intended. Beds are firm and very comfortable, sheets and bedding were clean. Bathroom is nice. Fridge and kitchen are nice and stocked well with things to use. Unit cooled off nicely with thermostat, which was a huge perk. Could be better: Overall cleanliness was lacking. The floor and dishes were absolutely filthy. There were no towels or rags in the kitchen, only a used sponge. There were about 10 paper towels and one roll of toilet paper, so we went to Walmart for more. The deck and stairs leading up to the top floor unit need to be replaced, and bottom step seems to be missing. Fine for me but my older mother (in good shape) commented on it. I'd stay again, but hope the owner can find a better cleaning company before I do!

My wife and I spent more than 20 years in the military and lived all over the world including 11 years overseas. While traveling Europe we commonly stayed in nightly rentals and thought one day we should get into the nightly rentals market. It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

Why they chose this property

This property was purchased after retiring from the military and becoming a traveling contractor. Throughout the first year I renovated all four units. This property is conveniently located in the safest, most desirable area in Clovis. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and golf. It is perfect for a traveling contractor, nurse, doctor, military members relocating to our nearby base and family coming home to visit.
