Only 12 minutes from the rue Sainte Catherine and the hyper center of Bordeaux, in the Chartrons, you will find bakers, caterers, cheesemongers, florists, wine merchants, fishmongers, as well as local products and Bordeaux specialties.



You can find the C streetcar line 5 minutes away, as well as numerous bus lines within easy reach.



You have easy access to the main roads to get out of Bordeaux and visit the basin and the region by car, notably Arcachon (45 min), the beaches and the Atlantic coast.
