Perfekte Lage! Sauberkeit top!Nicht ganz zeitgemäß für Preis- Leistung sind zu kleiner TV (eher PC Monitor) und kein Geschirrspüler… was aber für uns jetzt kein Problem war!

Sauberkeit und Aussicht waren top TV müsste größer sein, vergleichbar mit einem PC Monitor! Couch ausreichend für zwei Personen, leider zu klein für vier Personen, mussten bei gemütlichem Zusammensein auf Stühlen sitzen… Sessel wären gut gewesen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Zimmer waren sauber und die Bäder mit Dusche und Wanne sehr konvortabel. Der Standort direkt am Hafen sehr abwechslungsreich. Gefehlt hat auf dem Balkon ein Sonnenschirm.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen von Karlshagen. Gute Aufteilung über 2 Etagen mit viel Platz. Spülmaschine wäre nett, aber es geht auch ohne Gepflegte Anlage, Parkplatz nah am Haus, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Hafen-Idyl

Das Ferienobjekt liegt direkt am Yachthafen in Karlshagen der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen und die Pene ist wunderbar. Radfahren macht hier sehr viel Spaß. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sowie ein Sonnenschirm um die Abendsonne besser geniessen zu können wären sehr wünschenswert.

Saubere, gut eingerichtete ,moderne Wohnung, mit grandiosem Ausblick. Ort ist eher ruhig. Strand ist sehr naturbelassen. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt war eine Maisonette Wohnung und genau wie beschrieben, mit Blick auf den Hafen und 1 Balkon auf jeder Etage, von wo aus wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten konnten. Ist allerdings abhängig von dem Monat in dem man dort Ferien macht. Leider können wir für die Sauberkeit keine 5 Sterne empfehlen. Die Lampe über dem Esstisch war mit einer Staubschicht überzogen,die Abzugshaube mit einer Staub-Fettschicht,das Bedienfeld von Haube und Herd war voller fettiger Fingerabdrücke, ebenso die Glasscheibe des Herdes und die Türen der Küchenschränke. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und mit dem Fahrrad kann man vom Objekt aus die Insel gut erkunden und war auch schnell am Strand, ca.10 min. Das Angebot an Gastronomie ist in Karlshagen ausreichend, aber die Qualität der Gerichte in den Restaurants lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir kochen im Urlaub nicht und konnten auf Grund dessen einige Gaststätten testen, auf jede einzelne einzugehen würde den Rahmen der Bewertung sprengen und Geschmäcker sind eh' verschieden. Fazit, waren schöne 7 Tage Erholung
