9 bedrooms including 5 bedrooms on the ground level.
Launch provided kayaks easily into the Chesapeake Bay.
Ride bikes and jog on the serene country roads.
Sports room, with two 65” TVs, a poker table, pool table, and foosball table.
Outdoor fire pit, 2 gas fireplaces, 3 wood-burning fireplaces.
3 kitchens, 2 living rooms - plenty of room for the whole family!
Dining room that seats 20 guests.
Enormous living room complete with an 80-inch TV, breathtaking sunset views of the Chesapeake Bay and Bay Bridge, and two-story glass windows.

This house is the gold standard for what a vacation rental property should be. If you are thinking of renting a vacation property, I suggest you stay here and see all that is possible. I have stayed at dozens of houses, and this was the best I have ever seen. The owners thought of everything, even things that I would say they should not be responsible for; they thought of and added them in.

Great property for a family get away. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and for meals. Pool was excellent and provided hours of enjoyment. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great overall for our family trip! We had some minor things come up and the host/property manager were responsive in getting those handled. Great price and house was as advertised. Great town nearby in Rock Hall as well!

Alot of flys and different critters got in the house but I think bc of the doors being left open during the move in and cleaning process but after a day or two we killed most of them. The view is beautiful and place is unique but deff needs to be sprayed outdoors bc bugs eat you alive. Host was great and so was staff. Deff worth it for the view alone.

This is a beautiful place! Spacious and very accommodating for large groups. We had 19 there and just tons of room. The grandkids loved the pool. The back yard faces the bay and provides a magnificant view for sunsets. Moreover, we were on the patio between the pool and breezeway when the feels like temperature was 101 F. However, because of the winds coming from the southwest over the bay and the excellent umbrellas provided, we were quite comfortable in the shade. We caught blue crabs off the dock and enjoyed steamed crabs 3-4 days. AC units kept the house nice and cool during a hot August period. Nathalie was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent Place to Enjoy Time with Friends and Family

Beautiful Location. The property was set up very well and accommodated our group. The property was clean and the views of the bay are incredible. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A great place to gather with family and friends

The space was perfect for our large group of 22. We actually overpacked b/c there were so many things available for our use: coffee, condiments, spices, etc. We had a really great time and would love to return for a longer stay.

Wedding weekend

We had my daughter's wedding at this beautiful villa. The views were absolutely amazing! The house is very spacious and accommodated our family. The sunsets were spectacular. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and all the other activities this house had to offer

Beautiful home, beautiful property! My family meets up annually and the house fit us perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out and congregate together. The home also provides so much to do with all the amenities! Thanks for the memories

Beautiful bay front property

Wonderful stay for 75th and 50th birthday celebrations.Everyone from age 4 to 75 had a terrific time. So much to do we did not leave the property. View of the Chesapeake Bay is amazing - from sunrise to gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone. Great communication from host with instructions and area suggestions. 5 Star

Amazing property with stunning views!

The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property!

Stunning Property, Amazing Time

This is simply a beautiful property. With gorgeous sunset views and a massive amount of space, we really enjoyed our time here. Without question it was the best equipped rental we've ever stayed at - everything you could possibly imagine from the kitchen to the game room was at our disposal. Great times by all, we'd love to be back in the future. 5 stars. /

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It was the PERFECT back drop for our October wedding. The weather was perfect and the indoor outdoor feel was so luxurious. We could not be more grateful for the excellent bedrooms for our guests to stay in. The amenities were very much appreciated. Plenty of towels, pool toys, basically anything you could think to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. We took the kayaks out many times. We sat in the pool and hot tub to watch the breath taking sunset. Our vendors were able to work at this venue perfectly to set up our ideal wedding. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

Amazing experience!

This property and house are amazing! Ashleigh, the property manager, was easy to connect with and accommodating. I love the little touches she has throughout the house to elevate the experience and make the stay more comfortable. Loved having the pool and the sunsets are spectacular. Spending any time here is a luxury experience and we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you, Bay Break!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property on the water with rocky beach. Ashleigh is a great host always available. Comman areas large, well situated and equipped with games. Pool great for kids. Kitchen areas large and well furnished. Bedrooms comfortable though a couple are awkwardly placed. Only one bathroom is ensuite.

Quick getaway

The house was interesting, it had some beautiful aspects and some strange needed updates. The owner/managers were very responsive to getting things fixed while we were there. Unfortunately, it’s late fall and most things in the town were closed so we ate in every night and cooked. House was well stocked with everything you could need.

Gorgeous house for a girls weekend on the bay

I organized a large (15 person) bachelorette weekend at this property in early April. It is an absolutely gorgeous house and the host had a number of thoughtful touches - like extra firewood for the firepit, coffee supplies, and a bottle of bubbly for our bride! The beds were comfortable (even the twins!), which was lucky because one bedroom on the breakdown was not really usable, so a handful of guests relocated to one of the 'kid rooms.' We found Ashleigh very responsive both before and during our stay, and so appreciated her quick and thoughtful replies.
