Perfect for our Family Disney Trip

The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for 11 of us. Close to attractions and perfect for our stay. Kids loved the park and the water slides.

great family home for your trip!

everything was just lovely! we were a LARGE group & had 3 kids under 4 with us. All the toys were great to have in the play room, they could do with getting some more than just the kitchen & train table but it still kept them occupied! There is plenty of baby gear to choose from for eating, crib for sleeping, strollers etc. Our only feedback was that the grill was nasty when we arrived & wanted to use it. We let the owner know & cleaned it up for our own use so no big deal! The house is well taken care of but could definitely use a DEEP cleaning. The walls have some very light stains in random areas throughout the house, couches in front living room could use a shampoo but overall the home was clean & ready to use upon our arrival! We do wish there would have been some starter spices/ basic seasonings to cook with but we just bought some. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kitchen gadget & baking dish you could think of. I was very impressed! We really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. The community is fantastic. There is a small park within walking distance & a much larger park a little further away! The community pool was amazing with slides & a splash pad / little kid slide area. We went there twice! Everyone had a blast! We loved our stay at this home.

Fully equipped castle stay

The owner communication was stellar first off. The house is big and beautiful and so well equipped. Plenty of room for our group of 10. There were many of the little “extras” that are not typically supplied. The play area kept the littles very busy and content. If you wish to cook some meals there are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc all in excellent condition. The pool was a welcome respite after the long park days and the mini water park on site was great for a relaxing non-park day. If we travel again with a big group this would be top of our list to look at.

Lots towels! Definitely spend money heat the pool. Easy access in andOut of resort. Had a extra bedroom lolLoved the House!! Used delivery from Walmart so easy! One thing I would suggest. Full length mirrors.

Wonderful house near Disney Parks

This house is a wonderful house and a great host. They were very accommodating and if you want a relaxing stay while enjoying the Disney Parks, this is a place to stay!! I highly recommend this house.

Holiday Getaway

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday stay at the home. It was clean and looked exactly like t huh e pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for early morning / afternoon walks. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fun games. Pool was the perfect temp for hours of fun (we paid for the extra heating). And so close to Disney! Owners were excellent communicators. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Great for family getaway

The house was clean and had enough space to hold our extended family, while we explored the Orlando area. Close to the Disney and Universal parks, and lots of eating options nearby. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub.

We want to come back as often as possible

The house was everything listed and more. The games and game room kept the children occupied during our downtime from Disney resorts - which were all very close. Delivery from stores and restaurants was easy. Just a completely wonderful stay in every way.

Very Comfortable Home

Family vacation.

We had a great experience. Everything was exactly as pictured. We had 5 kids ages 13-1 and they all loved it. All baby stuff was clean and very helpful. Would recommend for a large family!

Disney Vacation

Just got home from an amazing 7 night stay at this property that futures 6 bedrooms/ 4 Full Bath, One downstairs and the rest upstairs. Plenty of room for a family of 11 with secured gates to both the staircase and the pool which provided peice of mind. We had a small repair and the owner Marty came personally to address the issue promtly. I have stayed in vacations rentals since early 2000s and this is by far one of the best I have experience both with all the house amendmedites as well as the communicaiton with the owners. For potential rentals of this property, I rest assure you will not regret both the house amendmedites, the onsite resort as well as the proximity to all major park attractions. 5+starts rating

Amazing House & Location (With Great Hosts!)

My family and I enjoyed an amazing week long stay at this location on Archfeld Blvd in Windsor Hills. We had 6 adults, 1 three year old child, and two infants… plenty of room and things to do at the house and community to keep everyone of all ages entertained! The house and community as a whole were very clean, and the entire community of people were super friendly. Location was about 10 minutes Disney, and about a half hour to Seaworld. We also were about to Uber to Orlando right from the house in the gated community which was only about 45 minutes in heavy traffic. Drive from MCO is about 30 minutes. Homeowners were fantastic, and accommodated us well and answered any requests that we had. Looking forward to repeat trips to Martin’s home in the future!

Great house!

This was a terrific house! Had plenty of room and everything we needed. Conveniently located to parks and shopping needs. Marty was a fantastic host and very communicative about all from check in to any other needs. Could not recommend more!

We grew up in southern Pennsylvania, & met each other just after high school. Donna and I have been married for over 30 yrs. Now with our 2 grown children, live in Maine and are self employed Restaurantuers. We had been vacationing with our family more than ever lately, and have vacationed in the Disney area more than anywhere else. So purchasing a new 6br/4ba home to accommodate all of us made good sense. Use it, rent it & maybe move to it, is our new dream come true.

This Windsor Hills Reserve Home has All of This and A Lot More. Being Right Off Tourist Corridor 192 is Just Great. It Has All You Could Need While Your At Your Vacation Home. Disney's World Drive Is a Mile Away, So Getting to the Disney Parks Couldn't be any Easier.
