Vistas mágico y sereno de la montaña de nantahala, Se aceptan mascotas

Cabaña de madera con vistas fantásticas, con la privacidad de lado sereno de la montaña. Arrullados por las brisas de la montaña tenues frescas y los sonidos del río abajo. En el porche cubierto, relajarse en varios rockeros de registro y ver las nubes flotan y el horizonte siempre cambiante de las Montañas Humeantes. BBQ su pesca del día o de su carne favorita en el grilll; o disfrutar de un picnic en la mesa de picnic Amish en el porche trasero. Caminatas arriba y abajo de la pantalla laurel de montaña, flores silvestres, bayas de color azul y negro camino privado. Hemos visto regularmente bandadas de pavos salvajes, ciervos, conejos y otros animales salvajes.

Un montón de muebles cómodos para descansar lejos un día de lluvia y escuchar la lluvia suena dramático sobre el techo de metal en el gran porche de balanceo. Acogedora delante de la chimenea de piedra. 2-satélite TV con DVD y VHS con biblioteca de películas aptas para niños. Tenemos un poco más de 1 gigabyte de datos disponibles por noche de estadía; y podemos obtener más bajo pedido por una pequeña tarifa.

Lo largo de la carretera escénica 4 millas pasado dos impresionantes cascadas (foto de abajo) es el lugar de lanzamiento para el rafting el Nantahala. A sólo 4 millas de la otra dirección es el hermoso lago Nantahala. Tres empresas de rafting a poca distancia en coche. NOC aproximadamente 6 millas del lugar de lanzamiento río. ** Nota, la empinada inclina en nuestro grava, camino de la montaña se abrió recientemente que debería hacer nuestro camino transitable por cualquier vehículo 4.6 cilindro.

A little slice of heaven

We totally enjoyed our stay. The porch had the most beautiful long range peaceful views. The cabin was well stocked and our host was responsive. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Memorial trip

Our trip was to remember my son whose ashes were scattered at the waterfall on Wayah Rd. The cabin was a perfect pick for us and was wonderful with stunning views from the back deck. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at this beautiful cabin and it will definitely be our choice to stay every year from now on. It is close to the waterfall and we could visit often during our stay.

Nice Getaway and Views!

We had a wonderful weekend visit at the cabin. The views and mountain air were so nice. The cabin is cute and quaint and comfortable. The drive up Wayah Rd is breathtaking of the river! So many waterfalls. We enjoyed fishing and river rafting and sight seeing while there. Be sure to bring what you need or grab on the way in a town since there are no gas stations or stores within 20-30 minutes.

Beautiful Cabin

Everything was very nice. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing. The mountains are beautiful. We were attending a wedding and did not have much time to take advantage of the beautiful location, hiking, waterfalls. The information about the WiFi code that was sent to me on VRBO was inaccurate, but the correct information was posted in the cabin. It was the perfect place to come back to after hectic wedding activities and then after a beautiful ceremony and reception.

Great location for outdoor adventures.

Nearby you have Lake Nanthaha, Nanthahala River, Bryson City, hiking to observation towers, mountain biking and about 1:15 from Ocoee River. Beautiful country.

Fall Get-Away

We were thrilled with our visit to this cabin! It was cozy with an awesome mountain decor. It was very well stocked and had a fabulous back deck/porch with a stunning view of the mountains. The weather was perfect and we ate out on the back porch and took our dog for lots of walks around the mountain. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax.

Met our needs

The cabin was as described and had all we needed to cook dinner our first night there. I do wish we had realized that there are no towns close by and no stores. The deck outside was perfect to enjoy the mountain view and cool crisp air!

Great cabin with a wonderful view.

This property is up where you can see the valley and the mountains across from it. It’s quiet with everything you need for a short, medium or long stay. We unplugged as well as watched the NFL season opener. Day trips nearby and further are spectacular.

Breathtaking View

The view was exceptional. Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and grilling out while looking at the beautiful mountains. Slept well in the king bed upstairs.

A little piece of Heaven !

I have stayed at a lot of houses in NC and the views from this beautiful cabin are one of the best ! The cabin has everything you need and the area is amazing. We took lots of hikes and a trip to Bryson Curtis a must!

Family vacation

We loved our stay at the cabin. Clean and had everything you would need for a nice comfortable stay. The view was amazing. We could hear the waterfalls and river from the back porch. So peaceful and relaxing. So glad we stayed there for our family summer vacation.

Must stay at cabin, beautiful views, quite and peaceful.

We had a great time, went Trout fishing just up the road at a trout farm on Christmas Day and had fresh trout for Christmas dinner. We like the location of the cabin and the wonderful river just below that you could hear from the porch.

The location of the cabin is Amazing!!! The beautiful Nantahala river, the waterfall, the mountain views and everything else. The cabin is fully equipped and it is spotless. Loved the decor and the coziness. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic View

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin high on a mountainside. The view was incredible! The cabin is clean, spacious and well cared for. We had an excellent experience with the owners and would stay in this cabin again if we are in the area.

Million Dollar View!!

The property was nice but the view….literally a million dollar view! The road up to the cabin was a bit dicey and we were in a 4 wheel drive truck. Don’t recommend driving up at night or in bad weather. Once you reached the cabin it was worth it! The cabin had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We chose this cabin for solitude & reflection and it was exactly perfect. I definitely recommend stopping at Ingles prior to going up to the cabin. The closest market is at least 20-30 mins away. There were MANY waterfalls and hiking trails close to the cabin, within 3-4 miles. There was also lots of rafting and trout fishing which is what the area is known for. All in all a lovely getaway. Thank you Judy!

It was great. Driving into town was beautiful and the people were so nice. Only one complaint was the lighting in the bathroom was lacking. They could use more.

Peace and quiet

The view is spectacular, and it is so quiet. Only saw the neighbors once and that is while they drove by the cabin going to their place. I would place this in the top 6 of all the VRBO's I've stayed in.

Mountain paradise

Warm & cozy with spectacular views! Our favorite part of the stay was watching the gorgeous sunsets while sipping vino in rocking chairs on the porch. We found the place very clean and exactly as listed. Judy is a great host who got back to us quickly on any questions we had. Our two dogs loved it too!

Beautiful view!

The view is spectacular. The cabin is clean and very cozy. There is plenty of hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much, and spent a ton of time out on the porch enjoying the view. A qarning about the driveway up to the cabin: its steep and curvy. Highly recommend doing it in daylight the first time. We had our Camaro with us and it made the trip up the hill without any problem.

We have 5 children, and our 6th has 4 legs. Owning this cabin has allowed us to experience the majesty & beauty of God's creation. We love to whitewater raft, hike through the mountains, and cook s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Being from "flat" FL where the seasons are: hot or not-so-hot(Lol), we wanted to experience mountains, real seasons, and the breath-taking colors of fall. Watching the sunset on our back porch is also a highlight. We love it here, and want to share the experience with you.

We're close to the put-in for whitewater rafting and the Nantahala Lake Marina. Numerous spots to hike are nearby. Its a great place to let your children run and explore the great outdoors. And get away from the business of life, relax in one of the rocker on the back porch, sip a cup of coffee, and enjoy your family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our family loves the outdoors and the incredible sites in the mountains. There's white water rafting, hiking to see breathtaking waterfalls & the panoramic views at the tops of the mountains, gem mining, tubing in Deep Creek in Bryson City, horseback riding in Robinsville, and much more. Catching a glimpse of 'real' deer has been thrilling for my children. This is a peaceful & friendly town. We enjoy it so much and want to share it with others!
