Maison 226 Duke Ellington Suite

An apartment located in the newly renovated Maison 226, the Duke Ellington Suite features a peaceful master bedroom, an open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy coffee or a cold beverage while sitting under towering magnolia trees on a New Orleans style balcony, overlooking Prospect Avenue.

This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood.

You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort!

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the sofa has a pull-out bed, so that the apartment sleeps up to four people comfortably.

The apartment is located on the first floor of Maison 226. There are five steps up to get into the apartment, with no wheelchair access.

Quiet, beautiful place

My girls and I enjoyed staying here for a dance competition weekend. The place is quiet and only 4 minutes from the convention center. We will look at again for a weekend away.

Unique, comfortable, and clean!

This uniquely curated building and the suite we stayed in were simply amazing. Walking distance to bathhouse row and all the fun to be had there! Will definitely stay again next time we visit Hot Springs!

Hot Springs Jump Point

This was one of the nicest VRBO rentals I've ever stayed in....beautifully decorated and filled all our needs....off street parking right in front of the unit and laundry facilities within the building....a very easy walk down the hill to everything you would want to see in Hot Springs...Highly Recommended!

Great weekend!

Great location! Wonderful rooms! Great proximity to everything we came for. Shopping, drinks, food! No really, the rooms are nice, spacious, well thought out.. We can't speak to the extent of how well the kitchen is stocked to cook.is equipped

Excellent location

Beautiful place that you can tell love was put into the property. Check in was incredibly easy and the complex felt very secure & safe. Super closer to tons of shops and restaurants. Easy enough for even my young children to do the walking each day which saved the hassle of having to find parking at locations when we could just walk to them. Host was so helpful when we reached out with a question and we even arrived to a sweet little surprise. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

We would stay here again!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for 2! The property is within walking distance of the main street, national forest, restaurants, and bathhouses.

Excellent, Brand New Space

This property was just renovated and opened. Everything in this historic building is brand new and you can tell the hosts spent the time, money, and attention to detail to do it right. We could not have been happier. Hosts were quick to respond with questions and location was great…we parked the car when we arrived and never moved it again until we left, being able to walk to everything we wanted to do other than the racetrack (where we took an Uber for the less than ten minute drive to avoid parking). Nice balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee from the provided selection of keurig pods. Probably the nicest short term rental we have ever stayed in and highly recommend.
