With a cup of coffee or tea in your hand, begin your day in a true Marco Island fashion on the soothing balcony overlooking bundles of palm trees and mangroves lining Tigertail Beach. You never need to worry about finding a seat, as the balcony features chairs precisely placed across the balcony. Be sure to end your day here as well, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

The theme of the interior is seaside serenity, as it takes its design cues from the surrounding beach. With the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the boat deck-inspired wood floor and sand-inspired walls are brightened by the natural sunlight. These doors, which are located in both the living room and master bedroom, slide open to the balcony and provide you with gentle ocean breezes throughout the day. To further the experience, all of the rooms are filled with cozy furnishings and beautiful coastal artwork and décor.

The open kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve up a family dinner or tropical beverages on the balcony as the sun goes down.

We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the unit is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and wall-mounted big screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

Here at the South Seas, luxurious amenities surround you. Take a refreshing swim in the heated pool ringed by palm trees. Go for a walk on paths that wind through tropical gardens, taking you to tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, charcoal grills, fitness center, and a social room.

People drive for miles to visit Tigertail Beach, but for you it’s just a few steps away. The activities are endless. Rent a kayak or paddle board. Wade through tide pools in search of colorful shells. Go snorkeling in the warm water alongside sea life.
