Explore the Vendée region during your stay in this cottage, located 1 km from the beaches of La Parée and La Sauzaie as well as the Vendée Miniature leisure park. It will also be the opportunity to practice outdoor activities at the Grand Défi park (15 km). This single-story house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a 140 cm bed and one equipped with 3 90 cm beds, two shower rooms, two toilets and a laundry room. Outside, the enclosed grounds offer a terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from June to September), with garden furniture, deck chairs, a barbecue, and a covered patio that can be closed with a roller shutter.
