Renovated house of 250m2, on a plot of 5 hectares with panoramic views of the Cévennes. Ideally located for a peaceful holiday, just outside the charming village of Barjac, yet close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cultural, tourist, and sporting activities. Close to all shops (5 minutes). The house has been designed for maximum outdoor living and conviviality, with a pétanque court, swimming pool, plancha grill, and outdoor lounge under a covered terrace, ideally situated to admire the view. The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, American-style refrigerator, dishwasher... Our leisure facilities are also available: large-screen TV, ping-pong table, jacuzzi, foosball table, and boules. Petanque, pool games, travel cot and high chair (on request)... It comprises: a large living room (open kitchen), 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a laundry room and a relaxation area
