Thank you, John. I am so happy you enjoyed your views and your stay with us. Come back again soon. We would love to have you.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry your stay didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. We wish you’d had a better first impression on arrival. As soon as we were made aware that washcloths were missing, our team brought additional linens to the property, and we’ll be double‑checking our inspections so that doesn’t get missed in the future. For the internet, we did confirm the service was working, but we understand that some devices had trouble connecting, which is obviously frustrating when you’re trying to relax and use your own tech. We’ve since had the system checked again and updated to help prevent those connection issues. Regarding the air conditioning, we did have maintenance out to inspect the system, and when it wasn’t cooling properly, we brought in a portable unit as a same‑day solution while we worked on the main system. We understand that it still didn’t cool the bedroom to your comfort level, especially at night, and we’re genuinely sorry for the discomfort that caused. Compensation was offered as these inconveniences are disruptive. That said, we completely understand why you were disappointed, and we’re using your experience as a reminder to respond even faster and communicate more clearly when issues pop up. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to let us know what went wrong so we can keep improving.

Thank you!

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, Janet! We’re happy to hear you loved being so close to the beach and that our team was able to quickly fix the ice maker for you. We really appreciate your suggestions about the kitchen items and beach setup — those details help us make the stay even better for future guests. We’ll also make sure the listing clearly notes the seasonal beach service so there’s no confusion. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thanks for your review, we will look into these things and try to repair. Glad you slept well and enjoyed the beach service!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to hear that you found the unit clean, enjoyed the included beach service, and appreciated the convenient location. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay, including the bathroom condition, exterior maintenance issues, and the temporary outage of the outside lights. Your comments regarding the parking deck, television setup, and remote availability are very helpful, and we will be addressing these matters with our team to improve the guest experience. We truly value your feedback, as it allows us to make necessary improvements, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless and enjoyable stay in the future.
