Commodore's Retreat 306 - Is on the 3rd Floor of this Gulf Front condo, located in Seagrove Beach between Rosemary and Seaside. It offers incredible views from the living room, kitchen and dining area! On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the Emerald Coast. This cozy, yet spacious condo accommodates up to four guests.

• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

A lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed to make our beach stay everything we hoped for. You can't beat the private beach access and balcony views. The area has a lot to offer and is very quaint. We will be back!

The place was very clean and well accomodated. The 4 beach chairs were a nice touch, just wish I would have known about them ahead of time (maybe I missed it in the listing though). Kids really liked the bunk beds and balcony. Would defnitely stay again!

Beautiful condo and unbeatable ocean beach views!!! Exactly as described and perfect for some R&R. Also, the bonus of the 4 beach chairs were perfect to set up for a day in the sun. We had a wonderful vacation staying here!

Wonderful experience. Lovely place to stay. Such ease going to the beach and back to the condo for lunches! Grateful for the beach chairs. Easy and good exchange with manager(?) with questions about beach umbrellas. Highly recommend to others. Also appreciate that it was a corner unit!

The room was great. It was conveniently located to 30A and the shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the view and the easy walk down to the beach. Our son (a year and a half) loved sitting on the balcony pointing at the beach/water and listening to the waves. My wife and I both agreed we'll look at this one again for our next trip to FL.

Location is key with this property. Literally on the beach! Apartment is small bit well designed. Perfect for a couple. Beach is close and beautiful. Sheila is wonderful and extremely helpful.

The unit was as great as advertised. This was our fourth stay in Seagrove Beach, and this condo was definitely the cleanest and most comfortably furnished VRBO at which we have stayed. The management was very responsive: we had a door handle break while we were there, and it was replaced within hours of reporting it. We will 100% attempt to book this unit again for our next trip.

Elevator went out and took all day to fix. At 78 pretty hard going up 4 flight of steps several times. We were leaving and had to load car going down 4 flight of steps.

Yes, unfortunately the elevator was not working on Sunday during the day. It was reported Sunday morning and repaired around 6pm on Sunday evening. In addition, we offered our assistance multiple times in loading their vehicle for their Monday departure. Mechanical issues do occur from time to time, but we are here to assist in getting repaired asap.

Condo is awesome. Love the location and the elevator. Could use a better coffee pot and a high top on the balcony.

Excellent Beachfront Condo

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Very updated and extremely clean. The building itself was somewhat dated but the fact that we were on the beach was more important to us. We will definitely try and stay there again.

Beach Trip

The property exceeded expectations and was a lovely venue to spend a week at the beach. The only issue we had was some difficulty with the WiFi being slow or several times going out altogether where we had to reboot by unplugging the router.

Beachfront Bliss

We absolutely loved this area! The beach was beautiful. The water was so clear and the sand perfect. It was not crowded at all. The condo was clean. Could have been a bit better stocked. Bring your own paper towels, tp, facial tissues and any kitchen supplies.
