Commodore's Retreat 306 - Is on the 3rd Floor of this Gulf Front condo, located in Seagrove Beach between Rosemary and Seaside. It offers incredible views from the living room, kitchen and dining area! On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the Emerald Coast. This cozy, yet spacious condo accommodates up to four guests.

A lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed to make our beach stay everything we hoped for. You can't beat the private beach access and balcony views. The area has a lot to offer and is very quaint. We will be back!

The place was very clean and well accomodated. The 4 beach chairs were a nice touch, just wish I would have known about them ahead of time (maybe I missed it in the listing though). Kids really liked the bunk beds and balcony. Would defnitely stay again!

Our yearly trip to 30A was great even through TS Bertha came through. We did have noisy upstairs kiddos, but some people just don’t care about other people around them. This condo had everything our family of three needed. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating and pretty nice beds. The air conditioner runs a little loud, but you’ll get past it because the cold air is nice in the middle of July. Being so close to Eastern Lake is another one of the benefits here. It’s another experience all in itself. Definitely, going to be staying again.

Wonderful experience. Lovely place to stay. Such ease going to the beach and back to the condo for lunches! Grateful for the beach chairs. Easy and good exchange with manager(?) with questions about beach umbrellas. Highly recommend to others. Also appreciate that it was a corner unit!

The room was great. It was conveniently located to 30A and the shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the view and the easy walk down to the beach. Our son (a year and a half) loved sitting on the balcony pointing at the beach/water and listening to the waves. My wife and I both agreed we'll look at this one again for our next trip to FL.

The unit was as great as advertised. This was our fourth stay in Seagrove Beach, and this condo was definitely the cleanest and most comfortably furnished VRBO at which we have stayed. The management was very responsive: we had a door handle break while we were there, and it was replaced within hours of reporting it. We will 100% attempt to book this unit again for our next trip.

Elevator went out and took all day to fix. At 78 pretty hard going up 4 flight of steps several times. We were leaving and had to load car going down 4 flight of steps.

Yes, unfortunately the elevator was not working on Sunday during the day. It was reported Sunday morning and repaired around 6pm on Sunday evening. In addition, we offered our assistance multiple times in loading their vehicle for their Monday departure. Mechanical issues do occur from time to time, but we are here to assist in getting repaired asap.

This home was clean, well stocked in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable(didn’t need bunks so can’t rate). The view was incredible! Some things that I don’t believe are the hosts fault. A company sets up chairs and umbrellas every morning-by 6am. They are basically on top of each other, with this being said-if you don’t go out before, you have to sit behind all those chairs. You have to wiggle and find a way to the actually water! Honestly this was a big deal, you are almost punished for not renting their chairs and bringing your own! If you move outside of those, the walk is long especially with all your chairs, umbrella, coolers and whatever you bring! We save all year for a vacation, time to reset and relax but everyday you gotta get up at the crack of dawn to get your chair near the water!! Management needs to either give these chairs as part of the condo or fight to move them down some! I promise when I say you can NOT get through! The condos next door are private property so guess what?! they also set up chairs and they butt up against these so it’s nearly impossible to get to the water!!!I’m not being dramatic-plus if you did rent those chairs you are up close and personal with whomever rents the one beside you! Again, this i don’t believe is managements fault but it was a very sore spot for us as we’ve invested a lot of money into chairs and umbrellas(not a tent mind you, an umbrella!) management if you can please do something for your renters!!

The property exceeded expectations and was a lovely venue to spend a week at the beach. The only issue we had was some difficulty with the WiFi being slow or several times going out altogether where we had to reboot by unplugging the router.
