Need better driveway and parking

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that the shared driveway needs repairs and have already extended the parking area to improve access. However, we must note for clarity that this reservation involved multiple violations of our house rules, including an unauthorized Halloween party, cars blocking the shared driveway and neighbors, and the home being left in an unusually dirty condition with food, decorations, and a large amount of trash throughout the property. This was especially disappointing as we accommodated both early check-in and late check-out as a courtesy. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable home and a smooth experience for every guest, as reflected in our many positive reviews. We hope future guests will review and respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Visiting for My daughter’s Graduation

Excellent home away from home

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house. The cleanliness was superb and the house was stocked with anything we could possibly think to bring. The self check in process was easy and Nardos gave us exact directions to the location. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was the driveway entrance that was super steep and could use some filling in so the undercarriage of the vehicle wouldn’t scrap. Otherwise everything was top notch.

Nearby Everything

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. The driveway was the only concern we had, luckily we were in trucks. I would not want to try to park here with a low riding vehicle, the driveway is pretty steep. All of the places we wanted to see while we were in Atlanta (Zoo, Aquarium, botanical garden, etc.) were within a 15 minute drive.

Atlanta stay

House was very nice. It was very clean. The only downfall was the neighborhood. There was an abandoned house right next door. Even with that we did not feel unsafe at all. But the location and cleanliness of the home made it worth staying. Just a very short drive to the stadium and the congress center. The owner was very nice. I would stay again.

Finally, the eye sore, the abandoned house next door has been purchased and they have a permit to renovate!!! That will make a big difference . Also the neighborhood it’s finally going through major transformation, especially with the Beltline near. We are happy you enjoyed your stay!

Comfy cozy

The front of the property is nestled behind trees. You would miss it if you were looking from the street. You enter from the back and into the kitchen. It has everything you need. But don’t forget mosquito repellant. Otherwise the property itself is very nice. We went in September to celebrate a Birthday in Atlanta and we were not disappointed.

A few issues

The driveway into the all damaged my car and I will have to pay for that. The water pressure in the showers was non existent. Very weak. The place was clean and everything was ok but I did all I could to manage the very steep and rough entry to the home and still the car was damaged.

This house had everything we needed

We really enjoyed this trip to ATL, mainly because of this house. It is very conveniently located and we didn’t have to drive over 15 mins to get to any part of Atlanta. The rooms are spacious and the master suite was my favorite room! This house had plates, cups, pots, you name it. They even had shampoo, conditioner and soap! Only downside is the parking, it’s limited but we fit 4 vehicles there. There is an “occupied” condemned house next door which was scary but we didn’t have any issues. Also BRING BUG SPRAY. It’s near a wooded area and it was a lot of mosquitoes outside. Lastly the driveway to get to the house is steep so we had to back out to not scrape the front of the cars. Overall had a great stay and enjoyed this home! The host was awesome and very helpful.

The host responded in a timely manner everything you needed was there just a quick update there is no longer an abandoned house next to it it’s all torn down it was very clean I’ve visited the home May 7th-10th I did not know how to work the thermostat I reached out to the host she walked me through it I was still unable to operate it so she was able to control it from her phone in which I thought was awesome we’ve left some groceries there for whomever may be able to use them she called us making sure we did not forget them also we left our Apple Watch & nose piercings there she contacted us right away informing us they were left she offered to ship them to us at no cost to us she was just amazing all around I will rent this property again thank you soooo much

Conveniently located.

The house is conveniently located about 15 minutes to just about everything. It had just about everything we needed for our stay. We brought food to cook and there were a few utensils that would have been helpful to have but we made it work. There is 1 pan and about 2-3 pots and I didn't find any baking sheets. The internet is nice and fast which is nice since most rentals I've been to get the slowest speed possible. Disclaimer: the water gets HOT. I didn't mind but for littles washing their hands it will be too hot. If you have a truck you'll need it to park up by the house. The drive is steep and the first house has a truck that made access tight to get through. If you're a light sleeper then this isn't the house for you. The road noise is high even at night. The house next door is condemned with someone that hangs out inside smoking weed. But he didn't bother us and we didn't know he was there until our 3rd day. We had a setback to our trip with a plumbing issue (leak) but it was taken care of and we were as well. Communication was on point as well.

I have to say that Antonie and her family were awesome guests! Communication was on point and they were very pro-active and helpuful during a difficult situation with a water leak from the refrigerator line on their last night . Antoine notified us about the leak immediatly and we were able to take care of it right away. Antoine and her family worked it out with us and the best part for me was the sweet big hug from their little boy!! Antoine and her family left the house clean and neat, I recommend them whole heartedly!!!

Amazing stay!!!

Nardos was an amazing host. The house was extremely nice. There area was not my favorite but it was not that bad at all. the house had everything that we needed from the kitchen to laundry. Nardos, was accommodating even down to the last day of our stay. I would definitely stay again!!
