The Accommodation: Ideally located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, 25 minutes by car from Bordeaux Saint Jean train station, 10 minutes from Mérignac airport, and 40 minutes from the ocean, you will find this recently built and tastefully designed modern and luxurious villa at the end of a private cul-de-sac on a plot of over 1300m². If your heart is torn between the hustle and bustle of the city and the calm of the countryside (without actually being in the countryside), this house is for you. Nestled in an environment peaceful, surrounded by greenery, 5 minutes by car from the famous Pessac golf course, 10 minutes from the Pessac shopping mall and the Bourrec market where you will find all amenities (Market every Sunday, Organic shop, Wine cellar etc…) You will immediately feel like you are on holiday when you cross the threshold of this property with its unique Californian style.
