The standalone holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is popular due to its view of the sea and its sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Medići, district Medici. The holiday home is located on a open plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 3 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).
