- place towels and bath and wash clothes in the laundry basket in the bathroom and all trash in the city garbage bin in the backyard inside the fence
- turn off lights and close curtains - if on, turn air to 78 F degrees and heat to 72 F degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House parties will result in a call to the Augusta Sheriff's department, immediate removal from the property with no refund, and extra cleaning fee.
