A former farmhouse carefully renovated with quality furnishings, Le Petit Porcon offers peace and comfort. The bright and spacious living room, with exposed beams typical of Breton architecture, invites conviviality. The dining area features a large table to gather your loved ones, as well as a desk table for remote work or planning activities. The comfortable lounge has a convertible sofa (sleeping possible) and a fireplace for warm evenings, a real asset for a holiday rental in Cancale.

Le Petit Porcon offers a main bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a 90x190 single bed, accommodating up to three people. This 15 m² bedroom includes a television, desk, and storage space. The cottage also has an independent bathroom and two separate toilets.

The house is located in a renovated former farm, adjoining another gîte, each with its own private entrance. The property has 3 rental units. The discreet owners also live on site in another renovated part of the farmhouse.
